Stockholm Calling: Malta’s second rehearsal

by Jessica Weaver 1,384 views0

Rehearsals for the first semi-final are underway today as the 18 participants return to the arena for a second time! We here at ESCToday are ready to bring you the latest news live from the arena itself.

The last rehearsal of the first semi-final comes from Malta’s Ira Losco, whose performance has received a number of changes since the first rehearsal.

Having originally performed in a brown jacket with 360° images projected around it, today saw Ira perform in a completely different dress in black featuring sparkling gems on the top half. The projection was not used in today’s Maltese rehearsal. Ira performs alongside a male contemporary dancer who performs around the Maltese singer throughout the entire performance. Ira’s eyes and face also appears on the backing LED screens at different points in the performance.
