Georgia confirms participation in Sweden

GPB, the Georgian national broadcaster has informed and confirmed to Esctoday.com that Georgia will compete at the forthcoming  2013 Eurovision Song Contest in Malmö next May.

Georgia debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 with Soppho's Visionary Dream and is yet to win the event. The country's best Eurovision placing has been a 9th place in 2010 and 2011.
