Biography
This was the fourth appearance of Peter, Sue and Marc for Switzerland in each of which they sang in a different language (1971: French, 1976: English, 1979: German, 1981: Italian). The full names of the singers are Peter Reber, Susan Schell (American-born) and Marc Dietrich. Some years after the 1981 contest Peter Reber and his family retreated to an island in the Caribbean, only to return to Switzerland in 1998. Peter Reber still records songs and albums.
Nella Martinetti went on to compose the 1988 Eurovision winner for Céline Dion, Ne Partez Pas Sans Moi.
