Biography
Jahn Teigen and Anita Skorgan were no strangers to the Eurovision Song Contest. Anita Skorgan participated for Norway in 1977 (with Casanova) and in 1979 (with Oliver). Jahn Teigen entered Eurovision in 1978 with Mil Etter Mil. This year's contest saw both united in the Eurovision Song Contest final for the first time, singing Adieu, repeating the trick for next year's Do Re Mi. In the years after 1983 Jahn Teigen tried to get back to the Eurovision stage (1988, 1989, 1990, 1993 and 1994), but he didn't succeed in doing that anymore.
Herodes Falsk wrote Adieu under the pseudonym of Kim Bård Hansen.
