Biography
The singer's full name is Halla Margarét Árnadóttir.
Valgeir Guðjónsson, born in Reykjavík on January 23, 1952, pursued music as a hobby while still in his teens. But for the last 8 years he has been a professional musician, and composer of music and lyrics. Valgeir has been a member of three of Iceland's most popular groups and has had a great influence on other musicians with his song writing. He has recorded two much-acclaimed solo-albums, written a popular musical and composed music for four motion pictures, in two of which he acted.
