Biography
Srebrna Krila, or Silver Wings, one of the most popular bands in Yugoslavia, has maintained its popularity since its formation in 1979. With nine albums and steady top-ten ratings, they are considered a pop phenomenon, with a teenage oriented sound.
Rajko Dujmic has been a keyboard player for 12 years, but now devotes his energies to composing and arranging for other prominent musicians. He was voted 'composer of the year' for six consecutive years from 1981.
Dr. Nikica Kalogjera studied composition and conducting at the Music Academies in Belgrade and Zagreb. He worked for many years as a conductor, arranger and producer in the Music department of Zagreb Radio and Television and has written hundreds of songs. Among the interpreters of his songs are Mireille Mathieu, and Séverine who won the Eurovision song contest in Dublin in 1971. He wrote the music for the 1984 Winter Olympics at Sarajevo.
