Biography
Nathalie Santamaria was born in Ajaccio, Corsica, in 1973. From a very young age she discovered a love for music. She studied piano and singing at the National Conservatoire in Nice. Singing is her first passion. In 1994 during her final year she approached record companies in Paris, where it didn't take her long to sign up a record deal.
François Bernheim composes for the cinema. He has also written two albums for Elisabeth Dépardieu and one single for Gérard Dépardieu. He launched the career of top French performer Patricia Kaas, for whom he has composed numerous songs. François has won several national awards for his compositions. At the time of the contest, he had just finished working on his own album.
Didier Barbelivien was born in Paris in 1954 and began his early attempts at composing at the age of 13 while still at school. In the years that followed Didier was writing out lyrics in his school books for the likes of Johnny Halliday, Michel Sardou and Gérard Lenorman. In the 1978 Eurovision Song Contest he wrote the lyrics for the entries from France and Monaco, in 1979 for Monaco. In 1995 Didier worked on the soundtrack of Les Misérables.
