Biography
Célia Lawson was born in Lisbon in 1974, and is studying languages, music and singing there. She has sung in concerts with many music groups, and has been a support singer for the most popular Portuguese singers. She also records jingles for radio and television. This year she won first prize in the 34th RTP song contest.
Thilo Krassmann born in Bremen, Germany in 1933, is one of Portugal's most established music producers and conductors. This is his sixth appearance as conductor at the Eurovision Song Contest, and he has composed scores for TV programmes and for theatre. He is also a leading author and producer of TV soap operas.
Rosa Lobato De Faria, born in Lisbon, is a noted writer, lyricist and actress, author of six books and a writer of TV soap operas. She has written hundreds of lyrics for TV programmes and popular Portuguese performers, and has appeared in plays, films and TV programmes. She was lyricists for Portugal's Song Contest entry in 1992, 1994 and 1995. [Notes from the Official 1997 Programme by RTÉ]
