A terror thread in the Parken Stadium, the 2001 Eurovision venue, shocked Denmark. All because of the soccer match between the Danish national team and Israel.
An anonimous letter, written by – as they say – 'Free Palestina', stated that if the soccer match between Denmark and Israel would take place, a “enormous explosion will take place in the Parken Stadium”.
The Parken Stadium was the 2001 venue for the Eurovision Song Contest. Therefore a roof was placed.
