Swiss broadcaster SF DRS only accepted candidates who had reached the charts in Switzerland and internally selected the Estonian band Vanilla Ninja to represent Switzerland at the Eurovision Song Contest with a song written by Switzerland born David Brandes. Vanilla Ninja presents their song for Kiev on 5th March 2005 during the show Congratulations – 50 years Eurovision Song Contest.
