Ten songs will have qualified from the semi finals. In this final, the winner will be chosen in two rounds of voting: in the first round, televoting and a jury (couting 50% each) will choose the top three, in the second round televoting alone will choose the eventual winner. The national final will be hosted at the Olympic Center in Ventspils by Ugis Joksts and Kristine Virsnite.
