Before the national final was held, the songs were presented twice the two days before the show. On the first evening, the songs were performed by their original artists, while in the second show, they were joined by other famous singers to perform them as duets. A jury then voted for the songs. The show was hosted by Elsa Lila, Julian Deda and Gentian Zenelaj at the Palace of Congress in Tirana.
