The three acts that survied the third elimination show took part in the national final. Before all performing the song It's my time, written by Andrew Lloyd Webber and Diane Warren, each of the acts performed an international hit:
- Jade: Lady Marmelade by Christina Aguilera, Pink, Mya and L'il Kim
- Mark: Try a little tenderness by the Commitments
- The Twins: Sweet about me by Gabriella Cilmi
The televoters placed Jade first ahead of the Twins and Mark, who finished second and third respectively. The national final was, just like the elimination shows, hosted by Graham Norton.

The six acts that were chosen by Andrew LLoy Webber through the castings each performed an international hit:

- Mark: Wasting my time by Paul Young
- Charlotte: Because of you by Kelly Clarkson
- Damien: How am I supposed to live without you by Michael Bolton
- The Twins: You've got a friend by Carole King
- Jade: Déjá vu by Beyoncé
At the end of televoting, Damien and Charlotte were in the bottom two and hence in the 'danger zone'. Andrew Lloyd Webber then decided to keep Charlotte in the competition.
