Biography

Brainstorm is the group which has put Latvia on the world map of pop music. Recently they got one of the world’s biggest recording houses - EMI - as distributor of their records. The group has had very good experiences of competing in international song contests on Swedish soil, having won the 1998 Baltic Song Contest at Karlshamn. The members of the group call themselves Reynard Cowper, Jonny U. White, Peter Scott Jr, Mike Minolta and Nick William Simon.

Renars Kaupers is actually Reynard Cowper, which is his artistic name. He is the vocalist of Brainstorm, and also the one who writes most of the songs for the group.
