Have some fun
Czech Republic decided: Tereza Kerndlov for Belgrade
Czech national final Eurosong 2008 is over. Ten acts have competed tonight to represent the Czech Republic this year in Belgrade.
Tereza Kerndlová, who performed in second place tonight, will be the Czech ambassadress in Eurovision 2008. She has won the majority of the votes submitted via SMS thus beating hot favourites tonight like Samer Issa, who sang Pick a star or the traditional act čechomor which performed the Silesian song Józef, mój kochany.
Tereza gave an interview to esctoday.com prior to her participation in Eurosong 2008. Click here to read it.

What a disappointment! Having so many different and original songs (like the one by Cechomor or Gipsy.cz) they chose this average pop songs by an average singer. I just can't understand. Maybe the people thought this is more 'digestible' to the European people. But in my opinion, they wasted a good chance to qualify. This song is totally forgetable, and even the title is stupid and banal. The kind of song you hear on the radio and you forget 2 seconds later. Very BAD!
I have no problem with these lyrics..... Helena Paparizou had worse lyrics and managed to win!
she's hot!!!!
song- nothing special
too bad...
sry its a very babish song... poor lyrics
I simply fell in love with Corrida, Kabáts latest album...
Strange how the choices of the Czech differ...
OK, but not very special...
Really chearful and optimistic. Czech Republic enters the ESC this year..

I don't think that the style of the "Have some fun" is similar to "Strictly Physical" from Monrose. It is very different.
"If this does well for Czech Republic then I think the German public may well kick themselves for not choosing Monrose last year when they had the chance."
If the Czech Republic will do well that don't mean that Monrose would have done well. "Even heaven cries" has absolutely nothing in common with "Have some fun". By the way the problem from Monrose was not their song choice last year, their problem was that they sound live worse than on their CD and on their music video. Good singers should sound live as good as recorded.
Pleasant, but it doesn't make me pounce at my mobile to vote for it.
I quite liked Kabat last year: unpretentious and straightforward, though rather dated rock music. I don't think that they deserved the last place. This year, however, I desperately wish that the Czech Republic will not get a single point. Tereza's song is silly, cheap, and awfully dull. Shared last place with Malta. I just can't imagine that there are even worse songs to come.
Best of the bunch so far. I only like listening to this one and albania's so far. Haven't heard maltas yet but i've already written off cyprus, switzerland, belarus and probably andorra as well
For some reason this song reminds me a little of 'Strictly Physical' by Monrose. It's not a copy or anything but the style is very similar.
If this does well for Czech Republic then I think the German public may well kick themselves for not choosing Monrose last year when they had the chance.
I'm on the fence about this song. I quite like it. But PLEASE change the lyrics in the chorus! LOL!!!!
this is a non-typical eurovision song! and i am glad for that! BTW she is very beautifull! and hopefully she can sing this live! GOOD JOB Czech Republic
@ Max
Totally right. Cechomor had the best song on offer. I can't understand why so many seemed to prefer Gipsy.cz which is in a style that has been done to death.
As for this song, well, it's nice but I have to say that it's just as well that the majority of the voting public are not native English speakers! I think this song should be performed in Czech as the English lyrics are nonsense.
If you wanna have some fun, don't run ... who is writing these lyrics?
Reminds me of Hanna Pakarinen's "Leave me alone - I wanna go home" - really great art...
Bad choice, in my opinion...
What a forgettable pop-song...
Cechomor would have been great...
