UK performing 2nd. Not the best starting place however the last time the UK performed 2nd in 2002 we finished 3rd so it's not all bad!

Malta will surely go through with only 9 to be left out! I also think that we will easily reach top 10 in final! Go Malta we can do it!
Hmmm! Greece's Kalomira will perform her ESC 2008 entry, "Secret Combination" in 19th place at the first Semi.

Well, it seems they each add up to 10 ... a good number!

A strong good song, a very good singer and performer and... the last place to perform in the second semifinal... UAU!!!
Hopes are high, really high, concerning my country - amazing! ;-)
andorra will fail again but portugal in the second heat will benefir from the last place! besides their song is very good this year!

i think fyr macedonia has a bigger chance to qualify now that they are 18th and i also think the studio version is 200 times betta than the live version but they will have to improve there live performance if they want to succeed

why Denmark shose 13 are a mystery to me. But i guess it doesn´t matter, because it won´t qualify anyhow.
Quick opinions:
- Sweden and Portugal are not really that good and I wouldn't be shocked if they didn't qualify.
- Iceland deserves to go through more than Sweden
- FYR Macedonia has the worst song but will probably go through
- Greece is a sure bet for at least top 5 this year - very smart choice
- Azerbaijan don't deserve to go through especially cos they were thick enough to pick 7th
- Russia is not as good as last year but I think top 5 is on the cards
- Serbia could win 2 in a row (though won't be as deserving)
- Semi 1 certain qualifiers - Armenia, Russia, Greece, Poland & possibly Ireland
- Semi 2 certain qualifiers - Turkey, Ukraine, FYR Macedonia & probably Sweden hopefully Iceland

... I'd say Portugal, Belgium and maybe (hopefully) my own ocuntry have good cards to qualify. I'd hope to see Albania in too, but just before Switzerland that could be a problem.
On the otehr hand, everyone seems very sure about Switzerland, I have my doubts... remember how sure everyone was about Kate Ryan (Bel,06) and Sivia NIght (Isl,06) ?
