France: Interview with Frida on french tv
The musical already came to the French capital-city three years ago but this time, the cast will give 13 performances.
Note that, unlike many countries, the show has not been translated into French but is presented in its original English version, with subtitles in French.
During his 2-hours show, Drucker will be presenting a special interview he has recently made with Frida.
A replay of the show may appear here.

Mamma Mia is great. I have seen it both in London and Madrid.
I would love to see the interview with Frida. She is a beautiful and clever person who still looks great at age 62. And she is not interviewed that often.
ABBA always the number one!!
@ Liam Clark
No idea. I wish that they had translated it into French - but then again there is already a French-language ABBA musical - Abbacadabra from 1986. I wish I could see this show. Is there anyway to watch it online?
I saw Mamma Mia once in Dutch in Utrecht. It was very good. All the women in it were huge.

I don't remember any cheap innuendo. I wish I could. Can you tell me what the innuendo was in Mamma Mia? Innuendo is one of the few things banned in the 21st century that you can still get away with and make life worth living hehe. God bless Kenneth Williams.
I really liked the musical. I saw it once in London and once in Stockholm.
Both versions were great!
I saw Michel Drucker few times in the old times with his Saturday evening show Champs-Elysees and Stars90. He is one of the most nice entertaining showmasters from europe i guess.
Very relaxed french way, to talk with the artists.
On which channels is it? He was original at Antenne2 but was bought by TF1 in the 90's
if that lineup went to eurovision this year instead of what had been chosen, the startling number of ballads would have been cut from 25!!!!! down to 18!!!!!
IT IS RATHER SHOCKING THAT OVER HALF OF THE ENTRIES IN THIS YEARS ENTRIES ARE BALLAD / BALLAD ESQUE
so that means 25 ballady songs / only 18 other (pop / schalger / dance / rnb / rock)
EVEN THOUGH I LOVE A LOT OF THIS YEARS BALLADS, I REALLY HOPE THE FINAL ISNT GOING TO BE A BALLAD FEST LOL
ok lets see, lets do a country by country ''that should have won' analysis:
ROMANIA: DR Frankenstein
POLAND: Superhero (even though i love for life)
UK: You Make Me Woo
DENMARK: Gron Mand Ga, Laying Down My Cards, Come On Over
FINLAND: Cupido
NORWAY: Far Away (Even though i love hold on be stong)
BELGIUM: Around The World, Magic Sensation (Even though i Love O Julissi)
SERBIA: Zavet - The Beauty Queens Were Robbed
LITHUANIA: Yes By Mini Me Was THE BEST
MOLDOVA: We Are One
SPAIN: Piensa Gay, 100x100, Todo Estas En Tu Muente
ALBANIA: Jeta Kerkon Dashuri
i wish the days of Abba will come back.
I saw it in the Netherlands in Dutch. And as much as I like Abba, I didn't like the musical. (In fact I don't like musicals at all, except "The Sound of music", but we got free tickets for Mamma Mia).
What turned me off the most was the cheap innuendo, it is the 21st century you know. Besides the jokes were not funny at all. And why it was set in Greece I didn't get either. There was nothing Greek in it, it could just as easily have been situated in F@cking Amal. The only fun was during the over the top big finale.

I saw the musical in London and didn't like it one bit. Sure, the songs are still great but these i can listen at home too.

I find this surprising. Why not have it in Swedish then? I guess the point is that the songs are more well-known in English, so people can sing along with the songs. :/
