I'll stick to Voyage (Souvenirs, Let's Fly Away, From East To West and their other LP-sidelength 70s disco symphonies).

And, oh, the shame, I liked Je t'adore. (blush)

@ Yavoda

I think it is stange to call Desireless' 'Voyage, voyage' an old-fashioned song. Old-fashioned is something that it out of sync with its time at the moment of production. 'Voyage' was pretty contemporary back in 1987. So it, might be an older song but definitely not old-fashioned. Btw, quality is timeless and doesn't need semi-talented people giving enhancement a try and destroying the original thing in their clumsy efforts. I'm alwaays glad to hear an intelligent reinterpretation of a classic, but Kate Ryan??? Give me a break!

Je T'adore was a great entry and charted in more than 20 countries.

What's the problem with Voyage2 ? It's a modern dance version of an old-fashioned song. Btw, Nightflyer covered it as well 5 years ago.

I agree with togravus 100%
I never understood the big fuss about "Je t adore"

From the fan favourites, I hope that Sweden and Ukraine will do a Kate Ryan this year, but, alas, with a little help from their friends we will probably see and hear both in the final.
As for 'Je t'adore': One of the worst Belgium entries ever. Plus, Kate completely destroyed 'Voyage, voyage'. I will never be able to forgive this crime.

Ooooo,Kate Ryan how are you? :D

Your information is not correct, ws.
She does NOT only covers.
Scream for more, UR my love, Only if I, Je T'adore, Alive,... are her own work. And the majority of her albums is original as well, with some covers on it, but only 2 out of 18 or 20 songs each time.

No, she only does covers, and only of songs that don't need to be covered. Also her coverversions are a bit worse then the originals. Those are her trademarks. ®©™
