Armenia: Eurovision 2008 stars shine at the Tashir Awards
The Armenian 2008 Eurovision representative Sirusho appeared in a pink flary dress on stage and was flanked by a group of dancers dressed in traditional Armenian black outfits. She gave an outstanding performance of her song Qele Qele with a dazzling effect!
Dashing Dima Bilan who will be representing Russia for the 2nd time at the Eurovision Song Contest sang his entry Believe, he was backed by a group of male dancers behind him, druing his performance. Diana Ghurstkaya who will be Georgia's 2nd Eurovision representative looked radiant in a black dress while she appeared solo to perform her song Peace will come.
Sirusho received a great ovation from the audience after the performance of the 2008 Armenian entry Qele Qele and was presented by many bouquets of flowers.

At least,I hope so,coz I love his song so much!!!
P.S. Arshyl Gorky is one of my favourite painters and I hope u have seen Atom Egoyan's "Ararat". There were many touching moments concerning the great painter.

Why UK never gives any points to Armenia?
Hang on a minute!!! Why do we only get Dima Bilan's performance and not Diana Gurtskaya's and Sirusho's?
Dima's song this year is crap... such a shame as I voted for him 2 years ago for his brilliant entry...
Russia and Armenia are the strongest of the Soviets this year. Serbia is the strongest Yugo. Iceland, Sweden and Norway are more or less equal among the Scandis.

What a pity that Ruslan Alekhno and Ani Lorak weren't present in AMA in Moscow!!! 
I think that Dima and Diana Gurskaya were a bit embarassed,but Sirusho looked quiete confident.
P.S.I hope that Dima will not have such an awful look in Belgrade coz he is my fav this year!!!
P.P.S. Ppl,Hamalir( in Yerevan) is very beautiful in spite of its age,if Sirusho wins,I think u'll enjoy it
I agree with the Russia-Georgia exchange of points in 2008... and i also think we could be going to Yerevan next year. Though I still think Stockholm is likely!
The Georgia song is so boring.. no deserve to be to the final - but I think many people will vote for the blind girl :/

I think each country sends its candidate to ESC thinking of victory.
So normally all candidates should be ready to host ESC. For the time being, it's difficult to say where exactly will be held next ESC. May be it's gonna be Reykjavik instead of Yerevan

the venue's name will be "Hamalir", with a capacity of 15.000 people it's soviet era concert hall, which is not worse than any other hall in the world.
