Maria will perform in London
UK Eurovision Preview Party: Norway confirmed
It's been a good week for Maria. she won the first semi final preview at London's monthly 'Douze Points' event last week, and over the weekend, picked up her first 12 points of the year in the OGAE jury votes, hitting top spot with the fans in Bosnia and Herzegovina. Now her management company has confirmed that she will be travelling to London next week to attend the biggest Eurovision Song Contest party the city has ever seen.
She already at the top of the charts in Norway with her Eurovision Song Contest entry, Hold on be strong and will now visit London as a special promotion opportunity. She will be taking a night out from promoting her new album in Norway to attend the event alongside Ani Lorak (Ukraine), Isis Gee (Poland), Euroband (Iceland), Laka (Bosnia - Herzegovina) and Nico & Vlad (Romania).
Maria will be performing her entry and a special new song from her upcoming album at the party, to be held at London's famous La Scala venue.

Tickets for the UK Eurovision Preview Party presented by esctoday.com are now onsale via the official website, through the Scala website, from the Scala box office or directly from www.ticketweb.co.uk. Tickets can also be bought from Ticketweb by phone on +44 8700 600 100. Tickets are currently priced at £10 in advance, any remaining tickets will be charged at £15 on the door. last year portugal and norway were kinda rivals since people said we had the same song and i wanted norway to do badly lolol (sorry) but this year norway is my fav ... 12 points to norway from portugal

This will probably be better than the actual Eurovision cos all the crappo novelty songs aren't in it like Estonia, Latvia, Spain, Belgium and Ireland.
unfortunately not an exciting song from my country this year. WIsh maria all the best, but still think our song is too average.
