Iceland: Making of the Video
The Icelandic team are currently finishing their first album as a group, which will include their Eurovision entry, This is my life, as well as English versions of their songs from 2006 and 2007 Þér við hlið, Það sem verður and Eldur. They are working with Örlygur Smári on this album, who wrote the 2000 Icelandic Eurovision entry, Tell Me, and also Euroband's 2008 entry.

Euroband will perform This is My Life first in the 2nd Semi Final on the 22nd May, in Belgrade.

Yes it's Silvia, I'm a bit conservative so I haven't changed my picture since then 
Anyways, I agree that the video is a bit funny and the disco-ball especially.

I agree the first part is too long. At first, I thought I'd see only this guy in the video, and no trace of the real singers. I am afraid that's what the average viewer will think, before stopping watching it. Luckily, I had the patience to watch the whole thing....
There is definitely too much emphasis on the big guy. But give them credit, this video was absolutely hilarious with great special effects like the swirling streams of light and the settings were very pleasing to the eye. When the big guy put on that girl's wig I burst out laughing every time, he reminds me of the Spice Girls with that pointing action. I also just love after all you've just seen, you sit back, take it in, develop an opinion, and then *crash!* the discoball falls down. Completely unexpected and hilarious.
The worst part of this video is seeing the big guy on stage with Fridrik and Regina because he looks HORRIFYING.

But I think this video shows yet again the poor judgment of the Euroband and their helpers. It looks like it was done by an amateur, the first part of it, the one in the guys bedroom is wayyyy too long. If that part were like 30 seconds and then he would join Fridrik and Regina on stage it would be much better.
I'm disappointed because usually Pall Oskar has pretty good videos done for him.
the bits with them and the man r ok, but there is so much of that man on his own, it makes me cringe

i am not convinced that the average vieiwer will like their song on the night
... I actually thought that was quite funny. Especially at the end - ...*crash!*
Although not the best music video in the world, too much of the fat bloke, but that dancer was quite good, I wonder if there will infact be SOME dancing involved in the staging?
Just one word: HORRIBLE. I used to consider this song a serious contender, but now it's part of the circus too.
