Cyprus: CyBC to air both semis and preview shows
All the preview videos of the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest will be aired on CyBC as it is customary in the past years. The 43 clips will be split in two shows on the 27th and 28th April at 17:15 CET.
International fans can watch the preview shows on RIK Sat as well as online; a link will appear on this article just before 17:15 CET until show ends.

Very weird indeed that news like the one that Charlotte Perelli has a private jet are more important than, for instance, in a few minutes, Vânia Fernandes will sing on the tv-show “Malta Hit Song Contest”, aired on One Tv between 17.45 and 19.30 (local time).

Comme Ci Comme Ca was the best of 2007 so Cyprus should reach the final at least this year.
Well done Cyprus, and for this year song, not much publicity but I absolutely love it. At least Cyprus performs a typical Cypriot/Greek song. Absolutely love it....

In orthodox countries we have 3 days of Christmas and Easter.
So, this Sunday we have Easter, and Monday is 2nd day of Easter

I actually think the Cypriot song is one of the ones that has grown on me most. I didn't get it at first (I thought it sounded directly out of the Willy Wonka film, oompa loompa and all that...) but I don't think it is bad at all now. I don't think it is as good as Comme Ci Comme Ca but I think there is more potential for a memorable performance.

Wahey, Well done Cyprus!!! I'll admit that your song isn't my cup of tea this year, I would have chose Marlain Angelidou, her song was just amazing. But anyway I wish you good luck anyway from the UK !!!
