Luxembourg: Corinne Hermes interested in local OGAE gala

The second OGAE Luxembourg Eurovision Gala, scheduled for 17-18 October, continues drawing artist and media attention. After Vania Fernandes and Marion Welter who have already been confirmed as special guests, 1983 Eurovision Song Contest winner, Corinne Hermes has also expressed her interest to attend the festivities.

Corinne Hermes could very well be celebrating her victory's silver anniversary together with local and international fans at the second OGAE Luxembourg Gala, on 17th October as the artist has expressed her interest to attend. This year marks the 25th anniversary since Corinne won the Eurovision Song Contest in Munich with Si la vie est cadeau.

The event has already attracted considerable local media attention. Today one major local magazine, which circulates in 200.000 copies, runs a competition for 20 gala tickets and also Eric Z. Lehmann, president of OGAE Luxembourg and host of the gala, will be  a special guest on RTL Radio morning show on Wednesday to talk about the club and its activities.

OGAE Luxembourg welcomes all international fans to the Gala and they will be very happy to assist with travel arrangements, affordable accommodation and transport from the airport on arrival. For any queries, please email Eurogala2008@yahoo.com .

Wow, what a wonderful party this would be! Some of the best Eurovision stars celebrating my all-time favourite Eurovision country. I'd love to be there! Good luck, and lots of love to Luxembourg! :D
