Best dressed performer/s
In 2006, this award was won by Kate Ryan from Belgium for her orange dress which was created by Boris Schipper of Art of Vanity and cost no less than 14.000 €. In 2007, the award went again to a female singer, namely Sopho from Georgia with her classy red evening gown. All 43 acts in the 2008 Eurovision Song Contest can be nominated, no matter if they wore a dress, a suit, a costume or hardly anything at all.

Worst dressed performer/s
Both in 2006 and 2007, the award went to groups. NonStop from Portugal were chosento be have been the worst dressed performers in Athens while the Ark from Sweden took home the trophy in 2007. Also here, all 43 acts can be nominated... let's see which acts polarise the most and do well in both categories.

definatley the ukraine! that roberto cavalli dress adorned with swarovski crystals was priceless. and only a woman like ani lorak could pull that off... the rest all looked shit lol

Belgium was the worst dressed... I mean someone wearing the Czech or Andorran outfit in the street would generate less looks when compared to someone wearing that Belgium umbrella-like outfit!

I went Norway for best, UK for worst, although I now regret that and wish i'd gone Czech for worst

Why would you want to deny Georgia the ONE award they won last year? Sopho deserved song of the year in my opinion, but to say she didn't even deserve 'best dressed' is an insult and a half!

best dressed-- GREECE of course
worst dressed--so many but the worst were IRELAND, LITHUANIA, BELGIUM, ANDORRA AND POLAND. if i had to pick it would be between IRELAND and LITHUANIA.
Best dressed: Bosnia & Herzegovina – Laka - perfectly suitable to the song and performance.
Worst dressed: Bulgaria although I was thinking among Azerbaijan, Albania, Poland, Georgia, Slovenia, UK, Germany... so many dreadful costumes.
This year was much more candidates for the worst dressed rather then the best dressed.
And I still can't realise how Georgia won last year in the best dressed category. Thought that her dress, and especially hair style, was uninteresting and didn't match the song. It seemed that the dress disturbed her movements all the time.
