enough with all these spammers trying to attack Alexander with every possible way! This joke of a song has nothing to do with"fairytale"!

Norway was my favorite from the early begining. But it is so clear that there is something wrong. You have to listen this. The song reminds too much the russian song called ”Detswo” by Russian singer Jura Shatunov.

in 2006 polls n bookies predicted Anna Vissi as a winner while all greeks all ready believed everything which was nothing to win n they were prepared to slebrate 2nd victory in a row, which turned out to be nothing but disaster compare to all prediction n greek efforts, which was wasted.

In 2008 almost every polls showed Charlotte as a winner lol, in the end 18 position suited her flashy performance where she played hero lol, at least the song was not fairytale n confusing

You know wise men while you are right about the bets in 2006 not many people in Greece believed we would win.We didn't expect the 9th place either of course but Anna's team in 2006 wasn't the best and she realy was so tired vocally working everyday and giving concerts that she didn't protect her voice. She stated that after all it was a mistake to go back to eurovision like that.
In 2008 only OGAE thought that Charlotte Perelli could win.No comparison with Alexander.
And in 2005 from the beginning of the polls Elena Paparizou was the big favorite and the winner and she actually won by a landslide.
So there are no rules. When the rehearsals start we will have a clearer picture on the possible winners.

OH God! I'm well frustrated. I've always been a huge fan of Norway in Eurovision. They've sent some really really good songs, some of which should have done much better than they did.

But I just don't get this year's at all. The lyrics are terrible, he's not brilliant live and it all just seems like a cheap attempt at getting votes from the East. I keep listening to Fairytale to try and see it but unfortunately, I just think it's one of the worst songs in it this year!

Thank you UK!! :-) I am very proud of the norwegian entry, so I appreciate every fan we get! Let us, who like the song "Fairytale", hope that he will qualify for final. And maybe end up top 5. That would be great! But there are very many good songs, so we could never know. Good luck to you all from Norway!

Giving the Rybak haters a little more to work with. Thanks alot.

Ever wondered why ESCtoday never does anything about the Rybak haters? It's because they sympathise.

Stine,
they also picked Finland as the winner of the 1st semi. But knowing they've never picked a winner makes me very worried.
lol

Yay my country has put a curse on Norway to stop it from winning!! What a horrible top three though. Who on earth was at that event? Thats basically my idea of a nightmare top three but thank god that won't happen on the night due to the wonderful jury. That Norway song is ever soo overated and I still fail to see what all the fuss is about and how the bookies are calling it the runaway winner.

Hopefully the Big Four will own all on the night as they really deserve to this year. I can see France winning the overall Jury vote with ease which would be wonderful. I secretly love Albania to. Incredibly cheap song, yes I know but I think it's charming and I love Kejsi!

@ chris
hopefully this means you hate UK, spain, romania and bosnia... there the ones i want to win loool

It's a little unfair to say that Norway must fail. I heard the song yesterday and I gotta say it's not my favourite. But then maybe that's a good thing, because my two least favourite songs of last year ended up in the top 3. Honestly, do people not know that my opinion is the best one? :P

ben kalomonto [52243]
Fri 24 Apr 2009 16:21:30

all the other predictions are cursed it seems... sweden and iceland failed last year, swizterland and denmark the year before
yeeeey hopefully this means norway will not get in the final.. or finish 8th/9th in the semi and 19th in the final
