It will also offer previews this year's songs. Admission is free for all.

@emrah akman,
u dont ve to love Norwagian song but u cant insult the singer and the people that love the song

of course Azeries r our brothers and every Turk loves them so much and our 12 ll be for them for sure !! but this is a song contest not a "brother contest"!! so i wont be sorry if our 12 goes Norway

Why is it always the same ESC songs? Elena, ABBA, Sertab... There are more and better ESC classics than those.

I'm tired of ABBA for life :S

Yugoslavian entries are better, Daniel Popovic, Tajci and Riva etc. :P

Temur Temur
no....... I mean that the scandinavia songs maybe sounds more the same then a turkish does so then maybe more votes on that song, thats what i ment .

Patte Linouuu

we all proud of our nations of course, however what's the connection between proudness of your own nation and voting for neighbouring country even the song is not good?

Temur Temur
I do acually think all countrys are voting for neighbours because of the culture, because u dont lisent too scandinavian music in Turkey. And of course we all are proud of over own nations, for me sweden is the best and i think we are close eatch other.

I also always wasnot happy when some countries voted basis on historical or geographical clossenes. Voters should vote for the best song. thats simple.

I love Turkey and tukish people very much and yes may be more than others, because we are very close each other, but it is not means that I will vote for tukish singer only because turks and azeries are sharing same culture and history. Definetelly not. same attitude should be from turkish side and from other countries.

this is song contest.

greetings from baku.

This sounds great!

Also. I agree that Turkish voters usually vote for the best songs... the only 'diasopra voting' or predictable voting is probably towards Armenina and Bosnia. But i'm hoping that Bosnia will recieve high points this year.

Why would i do that ? First i like B&H and romania very mutch, and just because i said that, it dosent mean i dont like turkey ? You were nice before but i dont se you´re point right now, and i have ALOT of turkish friends and i do not want too find bad things about Turkey, that´s silly.

@Patte :
Azerbaijan 12 points
armenia 10 points
B&H 8 points
Romania 7 points
Thats what i think the points will be. maybe some points too Greece and UK and norway too

These are the results of the Turkish OGAE votes 2009:

12 Norway (306 votes)
10 Azerbaijan (277 votes)
8 France (234 votes)
7 Bosnia & Herzegovina (208 votes)
6 Spain (190 votes)
5 Iceland (145 votes)
4 Sweden (125 votes)
3 Denmark (116 votes)
2 Greece (108 votes)
1 Estonia (96 votes)
Just missing out:

Montenegro (89 votes)
Russia (87 votes)
Portugal (86 votes)

i think these points r not like you guessed... turkish ogae gives high points to good songs too.. you r just trying to find bad things from turkey..

Ehhhm?
Sweden does gives high too the winnings songs too,
In 2005 when greece won sweden gave them 12 points
and in 2006 won sweden altso gave them 12 points.
and in 2004 sweden gace 12 to Serbia that was runmber 2 that year.
Sweden does often give our 12 point to the winning country apart from last year.
And you maybe blind ? I said the Ogae votes not the reall votes ..........

TurQuality Hadise is No.1 [45505]
Fri 1 May 2009 12:02:29

@patte:

in 2004:
winner was ukraine and turkey gave 12 points to ukraine
2nd was serbia and turkey gave 8 points to serbia
3rd was greece and turkey gave 10 points to greece

in 2005
winner was greece and turkey gave 12 points to greece
2nd was malta and turkey gave 8 points to malta
3rd was romania and turkey gave 4 points to romania

in 2006
winner was finland and turkey gave 7 points to finland
2nd was Russia and turkey gave 5 points to russia
3rd was B&H and turkey gave 12 points to B&H

if you r blind i can't say anytyhing but turkish televotes were always fair and turkish televoters gives their points to good songs...
as we can see from that analyse if a country has a good song, of course they can get many points from turkey, not like sweden..
