I think you're forgetting that someone else should have won then, too!!!
Here's her most recent hit ---> http://www.youtube.c(...)/watch?v=ZDVc4Ul2r7g
Carola is the most controversial singer in Sweden - quite undeserved because she doesn't even have all the opinions media loves to write about. She is not a hysterical christian and she's not a hateful homophobe. But she is an amazing vocalist and "Invincible" should have won in 2006.
@ Anders ,don't let her know she's surrounded by homopoofs, she'll sack them all.
Carola is a great person surrounded with gay guys in her team.
Great news that Sweden's Carola
was invited to the ESC welcome ceremony. Well done, Moscow
!! I admire her strong voice!!!
@ Mrs. Men
Carola participated three times and got high places; she only won once(1991). 53 entrants had winning songs, but, if you want to talk about a Eurovision legend, please refer to Ireland's
Johnny Logan a.k.a. "Mr. Eurovision" (winner: all three times) and even the Irishman
, Sir Terry Wogan
, who was the UK's legendary ESC commentator!
Carola In Moscow, well that's another homosexual hater then to join the Russian ranks.
nice..................
is there a way we can watch it from the internet or something?
I hope she never comes back again. She was tolerable in the 80s/90s, but Invincible was the worst schlager cliché EVER! I wish we could have one ESC year without Swedish schlager crap...
@Mrs men is better Carola to dont participate again beacuse is not going to be a legend any more
i think it's funny that people are moaning that carola is 'taking over' again.
she obviously didn't just turn up. she was invited.
she was invited because she has won the contest and has been in the top 5 3 times.
she is a eurovision legend
who cares about anything else. she is there on merit.
good luck to her.
it's not like she's competing again.
yet :-)
ok.She didn't exactly said that but that's what she meant in a way don't be over-dramatic though(we,greeks tend to do that)...Carola in only 42?Anna looks sexier and younger than Carola...
Lina:
Carola is 42 and Anna Vissi is 51.....that means the "grandmother" is just 9 years older than Carola
hehe..
Ow that's a nasty thing to say!
Carola isn't the youngest either, when she participated in 2006 she was 39, Anna Vissi was 48
For life
No, I haven't heard of any new songs
Nice for moscow, to have such a wonderful lady in their town
@For Life:
I agree with every sentence you wrote!
Carola should have won in 2006!
You're right when you say she's Swedens greatest artist.
And I am also really curious whether she has a new song or not
I agree Michael
i wish we have one year without carola either in MF nor in ESC
one day maybe that dream will come true.. *sigh*
dschinghis khan were great , they shoulda won in 79
that will give a boost to swedens malena..
I disliked her for years. And then all of a sudden I loved her song last year in MF and I felt sorry for her not qualifying to Globen. Maybe I am gettin' old.
