escotoday.com readers predicted that the top nine songs in the televote would be joined by Israel in the final. The ten qualifiers are:
1.Turkey
2.Bosnia Herzegovina
3.Sweden
4.Iceland
5.Malta
6.Finland
7.Romania
8.Armenia
9.Portugal

HADISE OUR HEARTS GO DUM TEK TEK FOR YOU, GO BURN THE HOUSE DOWN GIRL....
AND AYSEL@ARASH YOU WERE GLOWING LAST NIGHT, 12 PTS FOR YOU FM YOUR BROTHERS TURKIYE...
for dimitris
I respect your opinion; I do not agree with it!
Speaking of good performances, Elena, Chiara and Yohanna were the best THAT night. PERIOD!
And not to forget, I prefer not to see Greece in the final first ten, because they have such a KITCHY song and performance.
My opinion...
1.Turkey
2.Bosnia Herzegoina
3.Malta
4.Sweden
5.Iceland
6.Romania
7.Finland
8.Portugal
9.Armenia
10.İsrael(Jury)
The first semi-final ended better than I first thought. Fortunately it passed Portugal, Bosnia&Herzegovina, Sweden, Malta, Finland, Iceland, and also Israel. Actually from the passing songs I just don't like the song from Armenia this year. Sorry guys, not that good this year.
So far in My TOP is, no order: Iceland, Portugal, Norway and Malta. I also like very much the entries from Finland and Bosnia&Herzegovina.
I HOPE these will advance:
Norway
Serbia
Croatia
Denmark (neighbourly love)
Slovakia
Lithuania
Moldova
Albania
and I PREDICT these will advance:
1. Greece
2. Azerbaijan
3. Norway
4. Ukraine
5. Estonia
6. Denmark
7. Hungary
8. Serbia
9. Poland
10. Netherlands (I think maybe the'll appeal to a mature audience)

WORST. HOSTS. EVER!!!! They were absolutely brutal!
10 out of ten? great for all the ppl who casted votes..
Thanks, but Mira and Noa didn't need the jury vote to qualify -they are great without help!
As for "jury" who help Sweden pass in 2008- most esc fans so as I can see it,it might be those appreciated songs like Finland or Romania, songs who did not deserved their qualification-in my taste!
It is sure that Israel is the jury vote?
Switzerland must be in the final instead of Turkey or Romania!!! What a shame, Eurovision!!!!
hadise????? where was she last night? i only heared a chorus singing... its a shame... she is cualifiqued, and swiss is out... its looks like all the years.. diaspora and neighbour is calling.

@ dimitris calling - "Romania was so kitch!!!I would prefer to see Switzerland in the final istead of romania even though their vocals were not good"
I agree with all this; I love Switzerland's song but it just didn't work live, unfortunately, the vocals were quite bad...
