Turkey: Eurovision representative to be announced shortly
In a press release following articles published in many local media, TRT states: "We have already started the process to select the best artist to represent Turkey. TRT extends invitations to artists after taking into consideration the opinions of TRT music experts. No proposals have been made so far to any artists for the 2010 Eurovision Song Contest and the "news" reported on certain media is not true. It is damaging to the contest to publish such news about artists who are not even on TRT'S agenda".
The chosen artist will be announced in the next few weeks. After that, the Turkish candidate will be asked, same as it has happened in previous years, to submit three songs for the broadcaster to choose from. In the past years, with the exception of 2004, the winning song was chosen internally by a TRT jury.

I don't like this system...Last year in Greece we have the hatable Sakis with his bad songs and his bad voice.It's better to have more singers with many songs instead...
I think these stupid comments aren't helping at all. I think everybody needs to stop commenting about Lina, Cyprus etc. One comment tends to trigger off more comments and everything just gets out of control! 
So hopefully if nobody comments, we will have peace

As for respect from greek cypriots to turkish cypriots... they have more than respect turks in cyprus than greeks and one small thing is that 90% of turkish cypriots have Cyprus repuplic passport and identity and everything who greek cypriots have, also turkish cypriots have they r houses and property in greek site and they have greek people houses and property in north site, u r 18% of the poppulation but we accept everything to be equal ( to the goverment "solution" ) byt u want more more more more more ! Turkey is not crazy to live from Cyprus since want Greek islands, part of northen greece, part of bulgaria, Armenia and part of Iraq. This is the new map in Turk schools ! Show all that places as turk land !

I know about Karabah a little but when u fight with Armenians i dont speak beacuse i dont know both positions places in that subject ! ESCtoday is full of Turk Nationalists and with they r supporters from brother nations and if somebody say something that they dont like it a wor is start between 1 person and 100 turks, and if u have the guts whrite in english and not in Turkish language . u afraid something?
