Montenegro withdraws from Eurovision 2010
Montenegro will miss the 2010 edition of the Eurovision Song Contest. According to their national broadcaster, in a brief announcement, the decision has been taken in order to reach financial consolidation after three years as an independent state.
The country debuted at the Eurovision Song Contest in 2007 and has participated ever since. This year, their representative was Andrea Demirovic with the song Just get out of my life, narrowly missing out the final landing on 11th place in the first semifinal, Montenegro's best placing in Eurovision.

Spain ALWAYS goes late. In 2008 TVE didn't say anything until late January!
oh well, nothing worth wondering... when they were with serbia they could use serbia's budget, and still send their songs, due to unfair voting from them.
@Marko, Armenia confirm the participation, we just wait until end of December to see if withdraw beacuse of Azerbaijan issue.

I'm a bit confused about France and Spain, they are big 4, and they used to confirm earlier previous years!!Hmmmm.....

Personal i thing european countries with different music are Nordic's and Baltic's , usual when that countries send up tempo songs i dont like them beacuse is so strange to me ( in acoustic way ) exeptional was Norway this year and that beacuse Alexander song have folclor music, i thing that countries is more close to American way pop music, but in ballands things change , that countries usual send the perfect ballands from whole Europe, and i dont speak about folclor ballands beacuse ex yugo send the perfect folclor ballands.

I don't think one of these countries ( Czech Rep., Hungary and Montenegro ) would withdraw, if one of these countries would win this year ( 2009 )! Maybe EBU would help them ( or other countries )!
