Aleksandar Belov became famous during his participation in thetalent search Operacija trijumf, where he finished third. During the shows, he performed with many former Eurovision Song Contest entrants: Karolina (FYR Macedonia 2002 & 2007), Boris Novkovic (Croatia 2005), Dado Topic (Croatia 2007), Goran Karan (Croatia 2000) and Sakis Rouvas (Greece 2004 & 2009). With his song Zastani solzi izbrisi, he finished third in the second semi final and equal seventh in the final of the 2009 FYR Macedonian national final for the Eurovision Song Contest.

This award is given out for the fourth time and it is the first time that this award is won by FYR Macedonia and it is also the first time that this award is won by a male soloist. Previously, it went to BWO (Sweden) in 2006, Mirela (Spain) in 2007 and Sanna Nielsen (Sweden) in 2008. The complete results this year were as follows:
- FYR Macedonia - 41.1%
- Alcazar (Sweden) - 28.5%
- Melody (Spain) - 12.1%
- Hera Björk (Denmark) - 10.7%
- The Twins (United Kingdom) - 7.6%

Tihahaha, I thought you didn't know - therefore I tried to provocate to see if you knew 
Cyprus already withdraw from JESC 2010 and i m happy about that, and i m sure that 2 -3 countries will follow Cyprus next year, most probably 2-3 of that countries: Malta, Sweden, Serbia , Belgium and FYRO Macedonia. So no JESC next year .

Marko, sorry but that was definitely not why Netherlands won. They won because they had a catchy song, a very good performance, and a decent singer. Now i'm not a huge fan of the song, and there were plenty of other songs in the competition that I preferred, however the Netherlands did get the most votes and obviously, deserved to win.
Their ESC results have no impact on their JESC results in any way, and I think you know that really
Exsctly Marko, you want the songs that you like to do well. But that is not how it works in the real world. For example I hated Russia's song last year. But does that mean it didn't deserve to win? It did win because Europe voted for it. Right now, we have a government in my country which I hate. I didn't vote for it. Does that mean that that government is wrong, only because I don't like it? Fact is the Netherlands won because we got the most votes. Deal with it.

I don't know how you can't notice that I don't complain for Serbia, in ESC and also in JESC!! I only don't wanna stupid songs in ESC, and ballads only because of stupid jury!!

Of course I know, and I'm very dissapointed and sad how cinical you are!!! 
you know Marko, there is something as good sportsmanship. I was happy for Serbia when you won. And for Greece when they won. And Finland when they won. But all these songs weren't my personal favourites. And nobody of the Netherlands really complained about our bad results in the contest of recent years. We took our losses and went on to the next year. I really think you are a whiner. Exactly like you did with the Icelandic song this year. So it wasn't your taste. Can't you be glad for another country.

I speak about what you speak, our bad song from ESC!!! We passed to the final with it (we were 10th you know that), you can't pass with that song even in the dreams!!
