oh my god Eleanor Spiteri again?
She's so sweet, but she could be my mother!!
I MET LAWRENCE GRAY FEW YEARS AGO WHEN HE CAME TO CYPRUS TO VISIT A FRIEND OF MINE... YES HES A SUPER STAR !!! HIS VOICE IS FANTASTIC AND ABOVE ALL HE IS AVERY NICE PERSON I WISH HIM ALL THE BEST AND I HOPE TO SEE HIM IN OSLO !!!!!
@Playa del sol
Lawrence Gray is the one who has the most beautiful voice I ever heard!!! ... Real talent in never dated or out of fashion!!! Lawrence is a very versatile artist. He sings all styles of songs, from pop to semi-classical. I have heard him sing several times and he always leaves his audience breathless and wanting for more. Besides having a really exceptional voice, Lawrence Gray always moves his audience because he sings with great feeling...he sings from the bottom of his soul. Listen to his "Gethsemane" on You tube. Wow!!! Now THAT is REAL TALENT!!!
claudia faniello to oslo!!!
will there be a webcast?
Isn't lawrence gray the one who sings with a dated voice and used to take part in the competition some years back? I am surprised he is still around in this modern era! Something modern from Malta would be a nice change after last year. I was there last June. Beautiful country!
I look forward to seeing Klinsmann again
In 3 - 4 weeks i will have Eurovision countries flag buntings and each bunting is going to have 53 small flags ( 47 countries flags and 6 European Union flags , each flag measure will be aprox. 15 x 22 cm ), if anybody want to buy tell me
Will claudia make it this year???? :
@Mario Mir:
"weak singers"????? You surely have never heard LAWRENCE GRAY singing!!!! He has such a powerful voice, it can literally bring a house down!!!!
@ Marko For life loves Tanja
no, Eleanor Spiteri is the famale singer from the trio Trilogy!
Tell me who is Eleanor Spiteri, is he conected to Mike Spiteri!!??
@ Joao
I will dw
The same weak singers of every year (Chiara and Ira can't compete every year I'ma fraid)...so we'd have something awful like Vertigo 2 or Vodka 2.
Thanx God, Olivia Lewis, you know Worst Singer ever Lived on Earth (including Neanderthals and all human-like species), is not trying to torture our brains again...
baklava is back wohoo
sooo my thoughts regarding the singers mentioned!
Foxy Federation - i'm curious about these girls (as mentioned on escmalta they are Adreana, Steph of ID, and Claudia, a model) i dont expect the best voices but something entertaining and pleasing. propably song penned by Gerard James Borg and Phillip Vella.
Samsara - Claudia Faniello - i really Hope it's Claudia's year... her past songs were all excellent and hot favorites for me. Samsara if im right means Reincarnation... i wish Claudia is working with Ray Agius.
Stories - Lawrence Gray - Lawrence's come back should be with a HUUGEE ballad.
Here I am - Raquela - i'm in love with Raquela's voice and this might be another great ballad!
The best years - Godwin Lucas / Eve Daly - i'm already sensing a boring song coming into my head :/
Euphoria - Baklava - so this presenter/lawyer/producer/violinist and now "singer" is going to compete again... pffffffff it didn't work last year and surely it won't this year. singing is not your thing Joseph! and please don't think it's jealousy... i surely envy Raquela, Pamela and Claudia for their amazing voices but deffintely not yours.
Hold on - Pamela Bezzina - if this song is good as Whispers... then im already feeeling shiverssss
Pamela you're just GREAAAAAAAAAAAAT
so far happy seeing Pamela, Raquela and Claudia in the competition
hahaha OMG Ryan Dale & Duminka they are rude puppets
i can say that i am happy with this list!
Claudia's song sounds mmm interesting oh and it makes me curious lol
@Angelic, i can cook very good foods but i cant make any desert
A lot of familiar names here again. I'm not sure that's a good thing.
Lawrence Gray has a good voice, yes, but is the song good? I hope so.
"Kamikaze lover" would have been a good song if it had been instrumental. Good luck Malta!
Klinsmann remains the best chance at a good decent song sung by someone rather sweet and cute.. All the other names are very typical and ready to give us yet another boring NF where the big names will fight for the victory, here it sounds a lot like it's gonna be Claudia for Malta in 2010.. Nadine Axisa's "Waves" was excellent in 2006 but no one probably remembers it, i'll be expecting her return.
Etnika remains the best of what I heard from Malta!
I really hope Malta wins in 2010- every year they try their best and have always put so much effort into the contest. I am from the UK and obviously want my country to do well, but Malta always try so hard.
GO MALTA
Where is Jo Zette!!!???
Daniel Muscat
oh Daniel please don't get sad. I know it's easy to talk and I'm quite sure your time is going to come
Someday you'll be on the ESC stage representing your beloved country, someday you'll defend the colors of the Maltese flag.
you'll see just keep dreaming, believing, being focused on that and then you'll make it!
good luck to you and to your future plans
well my name is not with that list
i did my best, but my song was not good enough for the judges
. Goodluck to all the finalists
@Lina
My mum made that the other day
Do you like it??
Are you good at making desserts??
My kitchen skills need to be improved
Miriam Christine = ESC 1996 in Oslo and 2010 in Oslo again?? Could be interesting, still I hope for Eleanor Cassar. It is her time now. I am also curious about the new Baklava entry - " Euphoria " sounds interersting.
