Eurostars in talent shows
Some interesting performances (and some not so interesting ones) of recent Eurovision Song Contest entries have been aired in the Estonian as well as the Ukrainian editions of Idol. This year's winner, Alexander Rybak, Dmitry Koldun (Belarus 2007), Verka Serduchka (Ukraine 2007), Anastasia Prikhodko (Russia 2009), Svetlana Loboda (Ukraine 2009) and Sandra (Estonia 2009) all making guest appearances. In the Ukrainian show we also saw Julia Savicheva (Russia 2004), Tina Karol (Ukraine 2006), Ruslana (Ukraine 2004) and legendary Filip Kirkorov dueting with various newcomers.

Loved sandra..she has an amzing voice
nobody can be more irritating that rybak. even the clown next to him can not beat rybak at being irritating. rybak is just unbearable. i hate him
wow Ukrainian slutty perfomances!
wow... i liked duos of Prikhodko and Savicheva with brothers Borisenko 
but it is funny to hear how the guys sing female songs 
they have to change words and verbs from feminine to masculine in order to sound appropriate
that Borisenko is sexy... the best of these is "randajad" surprising this slow, but the male voice does suit the song well! still the esc performance is hard to beat !

I didn't say I think they are amazing either, but I do consider Rihanna a wannabe and more so than a certain few of these singers. She takes off her clothes to sell her pop music written and made by others. She's gone off the rails. To me that is a popstar wannabe. The others are just not my cup of tea even if they are bigger stars.
Tina Karols dress would've looked great if it was a bit longer, but well well.

Who else thinks that guy who sang with Rybak is REALLY REALLY ANNOYING? Lol @ Ruslana's FAKE ASS TAN, I love her anyways. Estonians Sandra is amazing as always. And once again SVETLANA LOBODA proved she's PERFECT. Word.
Well Layla what can I say ????? If you really do believe that a few Russian wannabes are better than these huge world stars, that's your right but, but in my opinion is someone like Robbioe Williams or Whitney Houston in a different league than these "one song wonders",.....

Apart from Michael Bublé those names are all awful.
Oh dear and we had to be satisfied with Whitney Houston, Michael Buble, Janet Jackson, Rihanna, Leona Lewis, George Michael, Robbie Williams, Paul McCarty,...... what can I say ? Geraint, mate I hope you were joking ?

And, shame they didnt have some of these performers in the X Factor final instead of Robbie Williams, George Michael and Michael Buble (although Michael Buble is great) Could just imgaine Stacey Solomon singing along with Svetlana or Tina Karol

Lyubila was just something from a horror movie. Always thought Anastasia Prikhodko is scary.
I thought Tina Karol looked hot but the song was bad.
I agree with Hektor Sgargapises on many things here.
I don't get why it is so typical Ukrainian to look so slutty. Is there soemthing in the water there? Tina Karol looked really cheap (unfortunately, because I kinda liked her in ESC), Ruslana looked over-tanned, Slutlana is as trashy as always and I am just thankful that the queen ho is not there = Ani.
Other than that it was GREAT performances. I do think the videos must be out of sync really badly or if not then it is the worst miming I ever saw.
Anastasia's two performances were GREAT, Alexander was as cute and charming as always. Koldun's show was great - ninjas!
The bimbo ruined My number one and relied on her looks too much. It was a pain to watch and listen to.
Julia Savicheva is quite good and I am sad that she never had a better song when she was in ESC (and without the coloured clown choreography she could have sung better). Verka was fun like usual, but the one performance here that I absolutely ADORED was Sandra Nurmsalu! She is DIVINE! What a voice! She is just the cutest, palest, swan-like creature... What a complexion and what a natural calm and class she got. Patricia should be jealous, lol.
WOW! What a spetacular shows, visually as well as musically! I start to really like Ukranian music and its showbiz!
My favourite here has to be Ott Leppland and Sandra, Ott has an amazing voice IMO. Think he kinda sounds like David Gray ...Fair play, Ukraine has some beautiful women...Svetlana looks good in her performance and how hot does Tina Karol look Would love to have some of these performances on mp3s
First Impressions
Fairytale sounds better in English and it is like Rybak is wearing the same style of clothes in every performance.
Randajad is a very nice song without too much nakedness which seems to be a must in Ukraine.
Day Mne Silu had a nice act.

My Number One is one of my all time favourite esc songs and this women thing just totally screwed the song, I mean she trusts her looks.. She should get a bann on singing, it is in violation with human rights to sing like that.

Did someone paint Ruslana brown? Her skin color doesn't look tanned, but overly powdered. Maybe it is just because of me and has it to do with the time I'm watching this. The boy has something Rybakish. Good artist. It seems like a scarf on boys is fashion in Ukraine while ladies perform with mini skirts. Cool.
I miss one person, my favourite singer from Ukraine, where the heck is Ani Lorak ?!
