Looking back at 2009
Céline Dion on screens next February
For the year to end soon, Céline has celebrated two major anniversaries in her life and business. Last December 17th was the 15th anniversary of Céline's wedding with René Angélil. This is also the 15th anniversary of the release of D'Eux, Céline's most successful French-speaking CD to date, the first one in close collaboration by French songwriter and singer Jean-Jacques Goldman. A special edition of the record is now available, in a box including a DVD with videos and French TV material, as well as a T-shirt.
Still, 2009 will not be the best year to remember in Céline's personal life. Last August 18th, an official statement announced that the lady was expecting a second child. Sadly, in November, it was made public that the pregnancy ended in a miscarriage. Next step in Céline's career will be the launch of the movie dealing with the Taking Chances world tour, next February.
