Even as a "joke entry" his lyrics are nice and kind + I find the song much better than many who made this stupid list now. It's one of those songs I've played most from Moldova, lol. I like it! 
I'm sorry but Moldova have made a big mistake this year. Where is Leylla??. Where's 'Imn Eurovision'!!!! Stupid jury.
My only other hopes are Ionel Istrati and Akord.

The biggest joke entry in Moldova this year is the jury itself. Maybe Dyma and Mariana Mihaila is probably sitting in the jury. Cheap entries!

I see Marko, Mira is your alter ego so to speak. Let's see what the (hopefully wiser) Moldovan public have to say. Unfortunately, I think that New in town is right, it'll be a choice between Dyma (male bimbo) and Mihaila (plain bimbo). Apparently, the jury think they represent modern Moldova... Perhaps they do... I don't know. Anyways, Victoria Mahu is the one I am rooting now, classy bimbo (irony).

Personally I think that ESC was way more boring back then... if you want to have a grand show... in some cases it'll be hard to have live music... it really depends on the genre and what type of show though...
Compromise could be that it could be up to the act/country to chose whether they want playback music or not... but then some would find it unfair and blah blah
I thin in the end of the day it's the best option as we have now... ESC couldn't have these type of modern songs if all the background music was live so we would be stuck with only odlfashion type of songs or rock songs...
Some production and sound is not as easy to make live but works with computer technics... so these songs would have a disadvantage if the music was suppose to live...
I think the fact that the music is playback has made it possible for ESC to actually have real modern music... back then it was seen as a contest that was ALWAYS behind in time but now it's catching up... I don't know if I want the times back when it was 10 years behind...

It seems this year they want something pop/rock and not folk as they rejected all these kind of songs...
We can all agree that Pavel Turcu did not deserve a place in the final right? Atleast the jury got that one right...
His popularity comes from it being a joke act and people find it funny, not because it's good... and I think we should avoid joke acts in Eurovision.
As for Leylla it was genuinely good and a pre-favorite by most people, so they really wanted to keep it away so it won't be a threat to their pre-chosen winner... which will be either Dyma or this Mariana chick...
It's a pity though... TRM has already chosen the winner...
I hope for Sunstroke/Olia or Millenium maybe...

Mira Craig FTW, that is a perennial debate, jury vote/general public vote... It's difficult to find an answer that satisfies everybody. That entry that you mentioned was not on my list (I tend not like joke entries), but at the end of the day one has to respect the jury's decision. I don't know how the votes for the final are going to be organized, but I hope for a 50/50 option.

But I must tel you smth, do you know that Pavel Turcu's song "I'm Eurovision" watched 190 000 ppl on YT!! And other songs watched 5000 - 25 000 ppl!! He deserved at least to be in the final, jury must agree with audience sometimes!! number of viewers tells me that they wanted pavel Turcu in the final!! I don't like his song for example, but they must respect Moldovan public just a lil bit more!!

Thanks very much, Arina. I want to apologize for my somewhat rude posts implying that there might have been foul play in this selection. I do not know Moldovan society and I pay no attention to stereotypes attached to people or to countries.
That being said, I must reiterate my surprise at some of the choices made, especially the elimination of 'Amintirele de dor' (thank you Leylla for having brought us that song). I am convinced that this entry would have made history for Moldova in Oslo. Good luck for the final! Moldovan fans please vote for Victoria Mahu's song.
