Brand new clip from Candan Erçetin released
Candan Erçetin, who is considered one of best singers of Turkey, competed at the Eurovision Song Contest 1986 when she was a student at the Istanbul Conservatory. She brought her country a respectable 9th place as a member of Klips ve Onlar, which was the best position for Turkey at the contest at the time.
Candan Erçetin produced a movie called Kaptan Feza in 2009 and released the newest album Kırık Kalpler Durağında on 19 December 2009.
The video clip of the song Kader (Destiny) which is the song of the movie Kaptan Feza has already been shot. Watch it below:

i think you dont know esctoday news.coz in esctoday news, there exists all news about esc and old esc participant singers.

I was not aware that one of the singers of Klips & Onlar had a career in Turkey. Nice to hear. Then she's the only singer from the 1986 ESC to be still successful nowadays.

I agree you by heart, she has the capacity to bring us the second victory but it is only a sweet dream for Turkiye to be represented by Candan because SHE DOESN'T LIKE THE GOVERNMENT.

She is my favourite artist in Turkiye without any doubt. Her last album is wonderful and I keep listening on and on. SHE ALWAYS HAS SOMETHING TO SAY. Track nr.16 Ninni is my favourite in the album because of its lyrics. (If you know Turkish and you like Turkiye by heart, you should listen).
I guess this is one of those songs where lyrics dominate over the melody, but it is quite normal because it's a soundtrack of a film.
" Halley " was the best Turkish 80's song
