NEVER HEARD SO MUCH RUBBISH , BAD BAD YEAR SPAIN, T.V.E DON'T WHY YOU BOTHERD, BAD SELECTION PROCESS
No life after love had potential, but they are a little too "low quality/amateurish" to be really good.
WHEY THEY BOTHER TO SHOW US THE CONTESTANTS???????? IS CLEAR NOW WHO THE TOP 10 IS!!!
SO GIVE IT A REST!!
@ Espabila 2009,
Please correct me if I'm wrong: You want Spain to come in last, or do awfully bad, so that TVE will relinquish its rights over ESC and thus T5 can take the Spanish selection?
EXCUSE ME, but if that were so, it would be foul play for crying out loud. By the way, has it perchance crossed your mind that T5's audience would suddenly develop an interest in the festival, AND want to favour quality music??
Not the spirit, nena.
TVE, obviously, you can't handle ESC
why don't you give up ESC and give a chance to telecinco to take over?
or even Teletaxi channel?
Go Corallllllllllllllllllllllllll llll
Coral has got to win!
Good luck Spain.
According to the current situation of the top , my 3 candidates by preference order are: Anabel Conde, Daniel Diges and Coral. Sorry, but the remaining 7 are forgetable.
Sara, my link is the new version, it´s amazing too.
manuel:
I didn't know you put up the same link as I did..hehe..what a coinsidence. You like it too I guess......hehe
How is it possible that this guy Blas Canto only has 48.893 votes? It's unbelievable. Its a really beautiful song. He makes the spanish language sound so amazing.
Just listen:

Darren, please beware of esctoday posting rules. You not only include a url, but also make it your only content!
As for the song, I dare not give my opinion for fear of being labelled a terrorist. Holding my tongue, holding my tongue... well, what the heck! I think it's oh so very much Adult Contemporary, and much more adult than contemporary, if y'know what I mean. Sorry but, what would make this any different than Chiara? Maybe this lady can hit the notes more clean-cut?
Maybe I am not conservative enough. Anyway, as I said, please watch your postings, for I fear they break this site's rules.
Lmao at the song in 11th place! (thank God it's 11th) Antonio Gonzalez 'El Gato'. Sounds like he's gasping for air!
Overall though, i think that with the exception of what's in 2nd place at the moment, this could potentially be a great national final! The other 9 songs all have good qualities about them.
Best of Luck to Spain i am hoping for an entry which will express the rich colourful Spanish culture
Coul'd someone relly explain to me how "the cobra" got so many votes? Is it really a hoax?
It is terrible...
Great final Spain! Good luck!
Great that Ainhoa got in- she deserved it -excellent song! (I voted for her -hope it helped her)
John Cobra is behind Coral and the votes are very close to one another. How is it possible it is the second song that most voted
Daniel Diges is my another favourite but I can not think anyone that will top Coral
Ahh,Anabel is another person deserving to go to Oslo.
The Spanish selection has so many electronic-pop songs
@ Marcelo
HAHAHAHA Lourdes Savarese reminds me of Latin American soap operas!!

I actualy love them, Mexican are the best!!
lol
Last set of Spanish hopefuls –and I still wonder what selection criteria they used
Since it’s the last set, and I have grown a little tired of this already, here goes the dissection of this lot (in order of appearance):
CALIPOP
Hmm… some might like it, I know. They even took a nicer song to the Spanish run-up once. But, hey, the voices are wrong even in this studio version. No more to say. Oh, yes, childish.
ENRIQUE LEMUS
This belongs in a B-rate off-commercial-circuit musical, some eighteen years ago. I dare not call it a joke entry, no, but I can’t help wondering whether he meant it seriously.
JORGE GONZALEZ
This guy, who by the way is a rather decent and charismatic singer, managed to place a hopeful in the National Final a short while ago. Now, I wonder, there are quite a few people out there who insist on writing and composing this kind of song for Eurovision (?!) Let’s face it: there is an abundance of these acts in Spain, with their cute air of rumba flamenca, but this one song is trite by all means.
L’FEMME
They sound GOOD here in the recording. I don’t buy the ‘un-singable’ ad –libs, really, but still they sound good. One of the girls, the oldest I reckon (aka curls in black latex pants) sounds very nice in English. Regarding the song as a whole (visuals included), I took the trouble and watched it closely from beginning to end… Hey, people out there involved in this project, the Spain Got Talent cum OT Auditions number is, how to put it, stodgy? indigestible? pitiful? And OH MY GOD THE LYRICS, OH MY GOD THE LYRICS!! I usually regard English versions of Spanish songs poor, to say the least, but this one is bad in English and far worse in Spanish. I will spare you a translation; you eurofans really don’t need it.
LIBERTAD FAJARDO
0-800-EUROJUNIOR: “Hello, how can I help you?”
Libertad Fajardo: “Oh, yes… I’m in a young-age crisis.”
LOURDES SAVARESE
I’m so sorry this is the one sample of an Argentine singer you will hear.
She can’t sing. The song is a rancid copy of a stink copy of a standard Spanish style. No, she can not sing.
I don’t feel like being Argentine myself this here moment.
NO LIFE AFTER LOVE
I do respect the attempt; they are not plagiarizing anyone (hurray!) However, here again Europe might never forgive Spain for sending a rock song, that simple.
I must say that the voices are not sounding very good, even in this recording, sorry. And again, the diction (it’s not D’ NASH, Gosh no! but there is no sharpness and it eventually gets lost behind the instruments, somewhat undistinguishable)
SAMUEL Y PATRICIA
The song is good; it is not trite, it sounds nice, they are OK and I like it on the radio. It is ample, can cater for a wide audience, and it does not wear out after two playbacks. But there is that something it lacks, I don’t know, for ESC.
YANIRA FIGUEROA
This is a fantastic singer. Too bad they used her on this silly song, really. I used to love her live performances on TVE. A clear example of a singer who does not write and produce her own material and is thus dragged into doing trashy songs.
given the amount of disqualification so far, it is hardly wise to get to know them, they will probably be gone next week
20 h of voting left!! It seems we'll see only one joke entry in the final!! YAY!
Not bad....
From TOP 10
:
Coral Segovia
Venus
Samuel y Patricia
Anabel Conde
Ainhoa
From TOP 10
:
John Cobra
Lorena
Daniel Digas
Fran Dieli
OK, but nothing special:
Jose Galisteo
Ohhhh Samuel y Patricia are sooo AMAZING!!! I would be happy enough with them just like with Coral Segovia!

Yanira has good song too, pity she is not in the TOP 10!
I am hoping Coral will wincause she will do wll but Samuel and Patricia's song is very contemporary and radio friendly .. and I think this could do quite well too
I'm hoping for Daniel Diges. Coral would be a good choice, too.
I hope for Coral or Jose Galisteo.
