25 sec is hard to judge which is best, so my initial reaction is that it will be between Bryan & Jens & Joakim... good luck Denmark x

It will be between Bryan Rice and Simone.

I also think Bryan Rice is most likely to win here.

I don't mind though, it was an OK song, but nothing great enough for me to vote for. Jens and Joakim are best for me and I don't care if Denmark sends another male solo artist as long as the song was good. Finland could send every year a great metal song, I don't care, what matters is if the song is good. I don't mind repetition of something I like, lol.

The Danish MGP this year is much better than last year though.

Bryan Rice - nice, average, pop song.
Joakim Tranberg - cutesy, catchy and pleasant.
MariaMatilde Band - catchy, nice, likable.
Simone - superboring ballad.
Jens Marni - I knew he was the one I looked forward to most for a good reason. It's not amazing, but it's the best of the bunch. I like his voice.
Chanée & N'evergreen - too repetitive, typical and average for me.
Kaya Brüel - ugly.
Thomas Barsøe - below average, I don't like it.
Sukkerchok - not as good as last year. It's just OK.
Silas & Kat - I don't like it much, it's OK.

Conclusion = I hope Jens or Joakim wins. :D

This wasn't a too bad NF at all. Still miles ahead of Estonia this year. :)

This is a much better line-up than last year's! Nice one Denmark! :)

I like that the songs are catering to a couple of different tastes this year and they're all pretty good. Very difficult for me to pick a favourite but "Breathing" might just be it. Nice feel to it. :)

Really looking forward to this now! :D

Deffinetly I decided, based on snippets (but nothing is AMAZING here for me):
1. Kaya Brüel - Only Tonight
2. Simone - How Will I Know - I think full song will be better, promising ballad for me....
3. MariaMatilde Band - Panik!/Sukkerchok - Kæmper For Kærlighed 0 those 2 are quite similar so I put them together on the third place, they are just OK! :) Last year Sukkerchok was much better... :( And I'm missing Christine Undhjem (L), she was AMAZING last year... (L)

@ Paschalis

How is he the most famous? Sukkerchok is equally or maybe even more successful in Denmark during their short period of fame than this guy. The had two top.5 singles last year and a top.5 debut album, so I wouldn't count them out.

@ City flyer

I hope we will get a pleasant surprise then! I don't know what's so special with Ronan? his songs are mediocre often, even back in the days when he sang them himself.

Sukkerchok became quite popular after last year's MGP so I hope it'll help them.

We just have to wait and see. I wish for the best.

Good luck neighbors!

Bryan Rice is soooo going to win this. He is the most famous among those 10. And his song is good, at least the snippet is promising.

New in Town - I agree Sukkerchok is better and in Danish too. But Apparently this Joachim Tranberg is a TV star too, and with Ronan Keating behind him he will almost certainly win..as last year! Ireland must be furious about the way in which he attaches himself to Denmark and never writes for Ireland! Fingers crossed for Sukkerchok and I know they are popular in Denmark too ...but Ronan Ronan ...it's the name he has sadly!

@ City flyer

Oh I hope not... Ronan Keating's songs are generic and boring.

Denmark need something else than some solo guy singing some generic song.

Sukkerchok go!!

Not impressed by Denmark thid year ...looks like Ronan Keating will get his way again ...and Joakim Tranberg who is a Danish Tv star anyway. Well done Denmark why not just use Ronan Keaing year in year out!!!!

1. seems ok
2. seems ok too
3. nothing special
4. same
5. no!
6. seems good, abba-ish though
7. seems ok
8. seems ok too
9. seems ok too
10. same !

Well, with just 25sec its hard to judge, but seems a nice NF
I only think 3 and 5 are not good, the rest seem ok, and worth a deeply listening!

Good luck Denmark, good job!

@ New in Town
Thank you for taking action about the spam!!! Full support!! :) All the Turkish Hadise-spam last year was very very anoying, so I hope some people are a little more considerate this year.

About the Danish songs, I prefer Bryan Rice - Breathing!! :)
hard to judge after only 25 sec..

I'm with you on that native language thing ;)
but Denmark sends "Sukkerchok - Kæmper for kærlighed" just for that i think they'll never send in Dannish again :P
but i might want Sukkerchok just for women entry. if Denmark sends Bryan Brice (like me), Oslo would be full of testosterone :D
it's disturbing lots of entries are male :S where's beauty? :D

I see three potential winners in this race: Joakim Tranberg, Jens Marni and Thomas Barsøe. The latter will probably further benefit from the running order.
All other songs are either not catchy enough by first listen or not mainstream enough for the average voter.

My own personal favourites are Jens Marni and Kaya Brüel.

@ serkan boğa

Oh, I dunno.

I prefer entries sung in native language firstly and I would personally chose one of them since I like them the most anyhow.

But everyone's entitled to their opinion offcourse! :)

I dont think that Sukkerchok or Panik! makes some difference for ESC. I think their fate would be exactly the same like Waldo's People ;)
Breathing would be a wind like is true with good coreography ;)

this is one of the best national final this year. at least 3 decent songs...
BrYAN- too much repetitive, simple, one of the worst of the bunch
JOAKIM- I really like it's 25 secs, cute little song, very enjoyable
MARIA- i think it's cheap pop music, don't like it
SIMONE- nice voice, but song is boring... at least this 25 secs
JENS- quiet good, i think i will like it
SUKKERCHOK- childish, nothing special and i don't like voice or voices, i am not sure
SILAS- average song, nothing special
CHANEE- not good, not bad either
KAYA- one of the best form bunch, modern and enjoyable
THOMAS- very boring 25 secs, i am afraid to think of 3 :P conclusion: Joakim, Jens and Kaya are my favs...
i hope one of those wins..
good luck

@ Thorazin Corazon

Point out the others and I will gladly react on them aswell ;)

Offcourse there are spammers from everywhere, but it just so happens that some does it more frequently. It's not about xenophobia really, they have them own to blame really. People don't like spamming so when some people from certain countries tend to spam more often, people will react more because they are tired of it.

Offcourse it's unfair maybe, but that's just what happens. Therefor I always say that spamming like that will just be turned against in the end.

But for me I find it annoying whoever makes it, but I can be ok with one spam in one topic but when I find the same in all I will react atleast.
