Semi final allocation for Oslo determined
It was also decided, in which half of the respective semi final each country will perform. This was done so that it is already known which countries will rehearse on which day for the first time.
The following nine countries will compete in the first half of the first semi final on 25th May:
- Albania
- Bosnia & Herzegovina
- Estonia
- Finland
- Latvia
- Moldova
- Russia
- Serbia
- Slovakia
The following eight countries will compete in the second half of the first semi final on 25th May:
- Belarus
- Belgium
- Greece
- Iceland
- FYR Macedonia
- Malta
- Poland
- Portugal
The following eight countries will compete in the first half of the second semi final on 27th May:
- Armenia
- Azerbaijan
- Denmark
- Israel
- Lithuania
- Sweden
- Switzerland
- Ukraine
The following nine countries will compete in the second half of the second semi final on 27th May:
- Bulgaria
- Croatia
- Cyprus
- Georgia
- Ireland
- Netherlands
- Romania
- Slovenia
- Turkey
Furtheremore, it was decided, in which respective semi final the five finalists are going to vote.
The following two countries will vote in the first semi final on 25th May:
- Germany
- Spain
The following three countries will vote in the second semi final on 27th May:
- France
- Norway
- United Kingdom

Oops... It seems Turkey is not gonna get any point from Germany in the 2nd semi. Anyway, they always manage to qualify for the Final.
On the other hand, Spain wouldn't be able to give points to Romania nor Armenia, as they usually do (good for Portugal).
I think it will be a little bit hard for Finland to qualify for the Final since only Iceland (from the Nordic Countries) will vote in the 1st semi, and their song is not that strong (in my opinion).
they cant if they send they send a similar song as last year I have nothing against Serbia in the final if they have a good song.

As I said before, if Spain and Albania would've the televoting in Semi 2 last year, then Serbia would pass! 
Serbia is 1 of the countries which can easily pass to the Final!
As i already said - people kept telling the same thing about Serbia last year - did they pass ? that " yugovision " is not that serious. If its a crappy song , it wont pass. Neighbour voting doesent seem to ne a very big problem anymore , Dispora problem in the other hand doesent seem to get any better .

Nobody knows that yet! I just said, that the countries with strong diasporas and strong neighbour relations ( don't want to mention them again, coz know them really well )will pass easily to Final, u will see! Because even the juries were biased last year, and so will they this year again!

About Ukraine, I think u should listen to the Ukrainian representatives' ( I have forgot the name ) all the 3 songs! 
They are all great! I'm sure Ukraine will do well this year in Oslo!

We know that they do that, but they do that not for our beutiful eys!! Their slogan is "Go die, be back and I will love you" but we have very good memory about them as well!!!!!
And I don't think that Ukrain will do well in ESC this year!!!! The representitive is not such cute like Ani Lorak LOL)))))))))))!!!!

Kurds have nothing to do with Armenians, but lots of Kurds are supporting Armenia in some issues ( don't want to speak about them )!

I have seen a program acccording to them there are much more /but they hide that/!! Also there are among kurds!!!
And don't forget about Hamshenyans who lives close to black sea!

The juries voted in Spain and Albania in Semifinal 2! So, I'm sure Serbia would receive many points from these 2 countries and would pass to the Final!
i remember people saying the the same thing about Serbia last year - oh , they will pass with no problem , did they ?
in second semi 3 countries is sure that will pass to the final: Armenia, Turkey and Ukraine, also 3 countries have 90% to be in the final : Azerbaijan, Georgia and Romania. So only 4 empty places left 
First semi for sure is better beacuse only 4 countries is for sure in the final : Greece, Russia, Bosnia and Serbia .
I Have to say NORWAY have the best entry so far...And fairplay to them...what do you think?...I hope we get it right (IRELAND) LINDA martina better pick good songs or il kill her meself...Best of luck to Norway!...the UK....and France..

I didn't said that it ISN'T diaspora ( Azeris in Russia ), is IS, but not a STRONG one! And about the Armenian diaspora in Turkey, there are about 70000-90000 Armenians here in Turkey and more than one million 'Turkish-Armenians'! And +40000 Armenians, who came new here to Turkey illegally for working!

In Turkey there are 60,000 armenians , when Turkey's population is close to 80,000,000 but that is diaspora!!! LOL look how hard they worked since now))))))))))))))))))))
Ofcorse they will help each other, and tell the trouth I don't think that in close future Armenia will have a success!! The only thing I hope that will be good song and we will get to final!!! ArmTv with the way of his working will never have success!!!!!!!! ArmTv and it's non profetional ESC responsables sucks!!!!!!!!!!!!

In Wikipedia ( the Turkish part ), there is a statistic that 2,1% of the population in Estonia are Azeris! *-)
thats not actually my decision either you feel insulted or not. And there is no Azeris in Estonia ( dont know about Latvia and Lithuania).

Btw, 600000 Azeris in Russia IS diaspora, but not much! ;Russia's population is over 100 million, so, 600000 Azeris are nothing! But look at Moldova, there are 5000 Azeris, that's much, and why? Coz the population of Moldova is just 1,4 million!

U will see, these countries that I mentioned below will all pass from Semifinal to Final, even when their songs will be all crap!
