Marcin is already a well-known artist in his home country as he has starred at several tv shows and music festivals. Already at the age of nine, he won a national song contest for children. He has also competed at the local version of Idol and won the Raise your voice show. He appeared also at the TVP show Songowanie na ekranie and at the Opole festival. He has developed a successful theatrical career, playing parts in renowned musical plays such as The phantom of the opera. He was the last wildcard to be announced to compete in the Polish national final and he will be the first male solo performer to represent the country since Piasek in 2001.

soon there will be new one, to new version of legenda. tvp gave wildcart to Marcin 3 weeks before final concert, so that's why his performance wasn't prepaired well, that's why he had to sing demo version and that's why videoclip looks like it looks ;]
This video was made in like 2 days only since Marcin's wildcard was announced so late.
To think of it, most of the other acts had way more time to practice their performances, making videos and promo and everything than Marcin... I think it's a good job when you think about the time given.
I read somewhere that this video might not be the final one and that even the song might be re-worked for ESC now that it is known it will compete for Poland and that there is time to do these things. I hope that's true!
The songs is good but it needs re-work. For instance the intro presented in the selection is not in the studio version, the verses need more instruments and more mystique (now they are kind of lame and random), I would even change them to Polish.
Anyone know if there will actually be a new version or is it just a rumor?

Before i was totally behind Anna Cyzon and having heard it didnt win, i was totally amazed. I was sure she was going to be the winner for Poland, but having seen the live performances and hearing this song a few times i have to say Legenda has started to grow on me. Its different and Marcin can actually sing. Anna was a little too shouty and at the end she was struggling to keep on top of the vocals and sounded too shouty. So in all i think Poland chose well and i definately forsee them in the Final in May X
The English just makes it sound ridiculous - why couldn't he just stick to the Polish - that would be so much better!
Nice video and like this the song sounds a lot better... but am I wrong or is Eurovision a live show or not ?

I think "Legenda" is a very solid song, you know? And It has what it takes to aim high in ESC. I really think Poland has a big chance to go to the Final and actually be in the top 10.

like the part from 1:10 - 1:25 min. I hope Poland qualifies

Great song and video, but I would have hoped for more vivid colors for this song though. It doesn't sound like a B&W song if you know what I mean.

Interesting and different, I think it needs abit more work, but it is far superior to the set of recent Polish entries which were bland to say the least. At last Poland sends us its heart and soul to Eurovision.
Bloody awful. Tries to do too much and fails. Worst ever Polish entry and weakest song selected so far.
I love the start, but then I get a little bored. But best of luck to him! I wish to see Poland in the final this year.
