Results: Eight acts qualified in FYR Macedonia
The following eight acts have to qualified to the national final on Saturday 20th:

The esctoday.com poll voters widely agreed with the voters in the semi final. Runaway poll winners Esma's Band (31.3%) finished second in the semi final but won the televote while Vlatko Lozanoski finished second in the poll (10.9%) and first in the semi final.
In 2009, FYR Macedonia was represented by Next Time, who reached 10th place in the first semi final with their song Nesto shto kje ostane, but narrowly missed out on qualifying to the final due to the jury favouring Finland to get the 10th qualifying spot for the final.

i feel that they will go to but i m not sure i d really like and i feel that the jury would be changed but i dont know, the last year they changed them for the final but still i dont know i d be the happiest if they go to oslo but ....

I do stress that some Greeks, can be lovely and nice, and see people for the people they are instead of a country they are from and are actually pleasent to be around. It's just a shame that some people ruin the whole creditalbility of a country... Now let's get back to the music...
WHY ON EARTH IS JOVA ONLY 12TH !?!?!?! 
Was her performance really awful or something !?!? Well, even if it was, look what qualified last night, it wouldn't make much difference. I think she was the only chance for Macedonia doing well, shame she's already out 
It would have been nice to have her at least in the final.

Personally I think FYR Macedonia doesn't sound as nice, and also I've noticed certain people seemed to be annoyed when you only say Macedonia. So easy choice, really

Obviously Esma's Band was a clear favorite. I'm sorry, I just can't get over the fact that our jury is really bad. Marko I don't know how bad Serbia is but at least I think that they hire people with more experience with music than our country does.

1. Miki Crnokrak- director of fashion shows/ modeling
2. Kiril Lozance- professor in a university for medicine
3. Vasko Todorov- in a famous comedy show K15
4. Kiril Zarlinov- DJ for Macedonian radio station Antenna 5. Note: Antenna 5 stinks. I've never seen Tose Proeski on the top hits list even though everyone knows that he is the most popular singer in Macedonia. Also Serbian/ Croatian music is never there and so many people like it.
I don't know about the other two guys.
Can you see what our jury is made of? Why do these guys get so much choice on what we should send?
eastern pop catchy tune always get the top places that is what macedonia needs and dont worry if someone start politic they will give macedonia some extra marketing they will talk more for us, we will be the center of the attention we would get even more famous, if it is possible in this moment
Esma's band song is of course an eastern pop catchy tune but nothing more!The stage presentation was hideous and the vocals were rather weak.From what i've heard Vlatko would be a good choice...juries should give him 12 pts and not 10...Jova's song was by far the most interesting entry in this line-up but her vocal and stage performance was disappointgly weak!

Yes I know. Suzana Spasoska and Maja Vukicevic get 12s? I mean hardly anybody likes them. Suzana just sings songs that old people like and she is a really bad person from what I hear. Favoritism for Kaliopi was more understandable last year. This year I don't even know where the jury gets its ideas from.
No Jova in the final, and thus I will skip this show. Viktorija Apostolova is my new favourite now, with an impressive 5/10. I couldn't care less but good luck anyway!
i think that macedonia has finally chance to win on eurovision i m really amazed of esmas band i cant stop talking about her performance it was amazing really amazing the jury should be changed and to be on the site of the public not opposite they should be connecte with the music somehow otherwise they have the right to vote as i have but still it isntl like that i m very dissapointed of the presence of miki crnokrak and toso malerot i forgot his real name

First of all the Macedonian public is smarter than I thought. 12 points for Esma's Band- thank you!!!
Second the jury has a whole bunch of corrupt bozos that don't know anything about music. They are all friends with Maja.
I thought that Esma's band didn't have a chance to go to Eurovision because of the public. The opposite is true. The public wants Esma's band but the stupid jury is going to ruin everything.
This is absolutely retarded... Jova should represent Macedonia 
I think its not fair be helpd by jurry ... yes i know . Croatia was saved in Moscow but i still think we should be stayd at place we deserved would be much better if theres not those kinds of help ......

Esmas bend needs to win Macedonia needs them, they are the best and I am very happy that they got 12 from the public but that stuped jury like every year doesn't now how to vote, the singer was great on the stage.
And after the two Macedonian semis, the four remaining songs that I like are, in random order:

esmas band is what esc needs please esc you are the only one who can help macedonia, most of the people in the jury are friends whith maja who got 12 points from them and one of them is model and has nothing to do with music and the second one is an actor who has nothing to do with music too, the public gave the points to esmas band they are apsolutly the winners for us !!!
