Tributes to Gainsbourg and Jackson
Natasha St-Pier to host a new music show
The concept of Les stars chantent is to pay tribute to big names with other well-known singers performing their biggest hits. First show will be devoted to Serge Gainsbourg, with performances by Micky Green, les BB Brunes, Julie Zenatti, Dany Brillant, Sanseverino, Hugues Aufray and Stanislas. The next show will feature Michael Jackon's greatest songs covered by Christophe Maé, Sofia Essaïdi, Amel Bent, Micky Green, the cast of Mozart and Emmanuel Moire. Here 's a short interview made during the shooting of the show, by Cyril Paglino, of premiere.fr.
Natasha talks about this new experience in France. She already did it in her native Canada but says that the big difference here is to have hearphones. "So I'm presently learning to talk while other people are talking to me!". Besides, Natasha will begin her 2-years tour entitled "Confidences autour d'un piano", all around France, this February 26. She also deals with possible projects of theatre.
Natasha St-Pier represented France at the 2001 Eurovision Song Contest and placed 4th.
