Eurosong 2010
Slovakia: National final moved to February 27th
The shift to one day earlier has happened because of the recent success of the Slovakian hockey team at the Winter Olympic games being held in Vancouver, Canada. That event will be broadcast live on Sunday on STV1.
For their national final, Eurosong 2010, it is being moved to Saturday February 27th, and will be broadcast live at 20:15 CET on STV1 aswell as online worldwide at eurovision.tv here.
Eurosong 2010 is the national selection show that will determine who will represent Slovakia at the Eurovision Song Contest in Oslo, Norway.

Well, personally I care mostly for the song aswell but some people seem to care more about performances.. so that's why it'll be interesting to see if it will work in her favor or not if it changes.
Well she better win, there are other ok songs but would be sumb to spoil your strongest option.

performance - hard to say... we have to see it, then it is possible to say. Performance on stage is not so important thing for me - I prefer good song for listening, but of course she has to sing live a little bit better in Oslo than now. We have surely a good voice educationists, so they will improve her voice in live singing by May with no doubt.
Start Nr. 2 - yes, it is not the best, but her song is well known here so I think she will receive a lot of sms if she starts as the first or the latest one.
Yes if she is not the winner, it´ll be a shock - only this night ice hockey possible win of Slovak team with Canada can shock me more:-))) (but in this case positively)

Hmmm... do you think a new performance will work in favor or against Kristina?
My biggest concern is the starting number (#2) which is one of the worst an entry can have...
This is really nervous... i'm crossing my fingers!
I think if this doesn't go for Slovakia it would probably be one of the biggest disappointments in this year's ESC, if not the biggest.

Almost all countries gave him points in 2008! And why 12 points to Russia this year if ur country gave 6 to Russia in 2008? 
Do not forget that the juries can vote in both Semi's and in the Final also!

In Poland is many people from Russia.... Russia sent bad singer Dima Bilan in 2008 and Poland gave 6 point to Russia....
Kristina probably will have to change her choreography for the national final on Saturday evening. Her dancers have other job on Saturday evening on other end of Slovakia, probably they can´t change their scheduled programme on Saturday.
This news I´ve just read on one Slovak web site who is media partner of Eurosong.
Let´s hope Kristina will manage this situation and I am now curious about a new choreography prepared in a short time.

Let corroborate Timoteij's words. This has been one of most interestings NFs until now. It does not get the same news coverage of other NFs and the Slovakian TV has wrongly chosen not to provide a webcast. Nevertheless, I would like to wish Slovakia all the best and Iwould also like to thank them for their effort. I for one am not tired!
Great lineup for te final here and I am rooting for Kristina, because I think her number has everything going for it ESCwise.

Agree with Timoteij. For me, their perfect national final is more important than any others, including Melodi Grand Prix or Melodifestivalen.

If countries chose internally, people complain. If people have long processes, people complain...
I mean c'mon?
I think we should give applause for Slovakia for putting all this effort, more than most countries, eventhough they are an outsider in this contest with very little friends to vote for them and also not long experience...

Kristina's performance should come with a disclaimer: "No trees were harmed during this performance"
Almost none of my favourites made it to the final and it's very disappointing that Slovakia choose so badly... Just like last year when the best didn't make it - Peter Cmorik.
So now the best is definitely Kristina and hopefully that will be their choice since she would be their best chance to score well I think.
I love Tomas and his song but I've resigned to the fact that Slovakia will send the tree song.
