I dont understand why people liked dum tek tek so much.... it was a catchy song but it was no masterpiece! Give maNga a chance I think they can do waaay better than Hadise.

@shukru

so don't dream a hit song..lol.. personally i am just expecting an ordinary maNga song that possibly i will like but not fall in love.. düm tek tek was an extraordinary hit so it's really difficult to be successor of a singer like Hadise..

@ Omer Demirkurt :

I'd say that the UK has received bad scores over the last decade because our standards of songs have been really poor. The UK doesn't take Eurovision as seriously as Turkey would appear to do and we have only just woken up to the fact that Eurovision isn't as trashy as it once was.

Don't get me wrong, I have enjoyed and voted for the Turkish entries in 2000, 2004, 2006, 2007 (I love Kenan, he is so hot), 2008 and 2009.

Well,
We can only give credit to Turkey for being the best eurovision country (well, along with Russia, Ukraine, and Azerbaijan-Greece got out of the list this year) in terms of getting the competition into serious consideration. The recent years, they ALWAYS send famous artists who sometimes have amazing songs (For real, deli) and they ALWAYS promote their entry. Just imagine if UK, Germany and Spain were doing the same. We would talk for the GREATEST eurovision version ever!

Why do u care so much about these 'bashers'? Let them attack, bash or say us what/whenever they want, we gave our best slap to them by coming 4th last year! ;)

I always want to be represented with an uptempo pop song since we are good at making it but this year will be an exception like 2008.

Manga's style can not be compared to MorveOtesi of course.I like Manga's style more coz they combine Turkish sounds with rap and rock so I bet the song will be very interesting and more importantly in high quality :)
can't wait for Wednesday

Best of luck to the most beautiful country in the world (L)

sanka

Every country must send a music which has the flavour of that country!! I don't need here maerican Timberlakes, Lady Gagas here! The songs represent countries and not singers!!!!

Well like I said before I truly hope it will be something to write home about :) Good Luck Turkiyem sana bol sanslar diliyorum :) (L) (L) (L)
