Beyonce's choreographer
JaQuel Knight to design Safura's choreography
Apart from choreographing well-established stars from the almighty American show business such as Beyonce (Single ladies, I am) or Britney Spears (Circus), JaQuel is involved with this year's edition of the popular tv show American Idol.
Regarding his collaboration with the Azerbajani team for the 2010 Eurovision, the American dancer and choreographer will design Safura's performance in Oslo, as well as her dancing routine to be shown in the preview video, expected to be released shortly.

Maybe she won't dance, but maybe she'll do simple moves on the stage, who knows? 
I think those juries thought they could just find any kind of "pretty face" (sick to be lusting after underage girls) and MAKE a star out of her. 
Then spend money on American choreographers and foreign songs - as if that matters.
Basically they are the worst this year to me because they take away EVERYTHING that is good about Eurovision. They don't give Azeri songwriters the chance to represent their own country, which is the whole point, otherwise what is the point of represent countries in a contest? AND they buy American choreographers AND they pick the most talentless girl they can find. Even the slutty duo Milk & Something would be better than this child. She'd fit better in JESC.
HOW can you dance to this song? It's practically a ballad! And it's so darn desperate of them this year... The song is only mediocre at best and the singer is the worst of them all. That CHILD can't even pronounce English and I wonder if she even understands what she's singing. Terrible singer... It's a real shame Azerbaijan do better than deserved with this crap.

The director of Michael Jackson’s History is joined by JaQuel Knight to work on the “super clip” as Safura prepares to swim underwater in the video!
Rupert Wainwright will direct Safura’s Drip Drop music video on 16-17 April in Kiev, Ukraine. The clip’s celebrity production team will also include Beyoncé’s choreographer JaQuel Knight and America’s Next Top Model stylist Tanya Gill. The star trio is eager to create “a world super clip for a Eurovision super hit.”
Wainwright is the celebrated director of such cult movies as Stigmata (1999), The Fog (2005) and the controversial and equally successful History, a film he made for Michael Jackson in 1996. Wainwright has won numerous MTV Video Music Awards, Adweek’s Effie and a Grammy. He works with the world’s leading brands such as Reebok, Sprite, Disney, Converse, Honda, Sprint, McDonalds, WalMart, and many, many others. Wainwright's Olympics commercial was the centerpiece of Russia's successful campaign for the 2014 Winter Olympics and was aired in 142 countries on BBC and CNN International.
JaQuel Knight is arguably the industry’s most successful commercial choreographer, universally recognized for his astonishing work with Beyoncé (Single Ladies, I Am tour), Britney Spears (Circus tour) and other celebrities. Knight is currently designing a choreographic masterpiece for Safura and the 8 dancers – 4 girls and 4 boys – who will take part in the video. Knight’s next task will be to adapt the choreography to the 6-performer conditions of the Eurovision stage.
Designer and stylist Tanya Gill is best known for her outstanding work as the stylist of the top-rated America’s Next Top Model show. Gill has worked with scores of celebrities, including Salma Hayek, Ashtom Kutcher, Sandra Bullock, Johnny Depp, Tom Cruise, Cameron Diaz, Prince, Michael Jackson, Mick Jagger and others. Gill’s particular challenge for the Drip Drop video will be finding the best costumes for Safura, especially taking into account the planned underwater shooting.
The Drip Drop video plot is long kept secret but its main goal to transmit the singer’s emotion and encourage the viewer to liberate his or her own imagination. Only one detail was announced that in a few places in the video, Safura will be filmed swimming underwater. This is especially challenging for the Azerbaijani performer who can’t swim very well and is generally afraid of water. But success in Eurovision has been Safura’s primary motivation to do pretty much anything recently, as she mentions.
The international star trio did not end up on Safura’s Eurovision team by chance. On behalf of the Azerbaijani broadcaster ITV, Euromedia and Luxen Group of Companies approached many international celebrity directors, choreographers and stylists probing their ideas and interest in working with Safura for Eurovision. After seeing Safura’s pictures and listening to Drip Drop, Wainwright, Knight and Gill got really interested in the project and became the star trio for the music video production.
The Drip Drop music video will premiere on 28 April!!!
