Well i'm currently working with Anne Marie at present on one of my songs, and i find her to be one of the warmest persons you are ever likely to meet,so good on you Anne Marie xxxTony
I think that Anne Marie's Eurovision experiences were both bitter-sweet and left her with some unresolved emotional scars although she disguises them with some irony. You may recall that Anne Marie was absent from the 1974 contest in Brighton and never got the chance to award ABBA with the coveted prize. Not only did Luxemburg decline to host the 74' contest, but the death of French president Pompidou coincided with the contest's date and France had to withdraw due to the national mourning period. Anne Marie couldn't go to Brighton as she were a French citizen, and so her past year victory was somewhat overshadowed. The 79' contest was supposed to bring her some closure, but that was not to be the case. She can hold on to the symbolism of the peace treaty that was signed a few days before the contest as a pretext if it makes her live at peace with herself, but there is really no objective evidence to prove that: It was a rollercoaster voting session with Israel trailing at one point by more than 30 points behind Spain. If anyone should feel the brunt of it all is Spain itself, which had the unfortunate task of being the last jury to cast its votes and in a reversal of fortune that no screenwriter could have come up with, found itself voluntarily relinquishing the crown to Israel with its 10 points. I understand that Anne Marie's career never really took off the way she aspired it to be and perhaps it was too difficult for her to settle for second best and eventually she made a far reaching decision about an early retirement from show business which must have been painful. What's important now is that she managed to relaunch her professional career against all odds and that she's realised that her Eurovision career is something she can still cash in from. She has the poise, grace, eloquence and charm to be a source of wisdom and mentoring for whoever she can be of help and assistance and that's certainly admirable. For many years I was puzzled by the fact that no one really knew her whereabouts and this was considered as none of the greatest Eurovision mysteries of all times. You couldn't imagine how happy I was when back in 2004 or 2005 when she came out of the blue and soon afterwards re-established herself as an artist and later went on to make her triumphant 2005 Congratulations appearance in Copenhagen. I am glad for her that she's as vibrant and lively as ever and that she's got plenty to offer from herself and to others.
I love you too Anne-Marie. Wonderful woman. You are part of my childhood and my nostalgia when I remember my mother in the '70 touched by your voice. Kisses from Barcelona.
The Diva! I like "Tu te reconnaitras" and "Hayat ve Ben"
I wish she came here again.

Anne Marie David is charming but as mad as box of frogs and all the more entertaining for it.

LOL
She is a diva!!!!!
Anne Marie David, thanks a lot for finding the great personality Harel has, that many people don't know and I know it well, since I met this guy 4 times, talked to him, and if you really meet him, you can feel the magic he has. he is not another singer, he is a real singer and artist and this is why I really adore Harel. All of his songs have great meanings, just well done Harel, you represent not only Israel, you represent the quality and real music on earth as well! Goodluck Israel!
Anne Marie David - What a great voice and what a great person.
I wish Anne Marie and Harel record a duet version of the song Molim or collaborate in another duet. Those two great voice must produce a beutiful result.
Anne Marie David, your song is no doubt in my top5 of ESC winners ever and even your entry from 1979. well done. thanks for supporting Harel and "Milim" and the real quality song. goodluck to Israel!!! I love you Anne Marie David!
thank you Anne for your support in Israel 2010
She is such a lovely lady, and her comments on the missing orchestra are extremely intelligent. Singing to a tape of music is somehow sterile imo. And it is even worse if you have a rock group that isn't even allowed to play their guitars live ... Finally, 'Je suis l'enfant soleil' is one of my favourite ESC songs.
All the best to Anne-Marie and her plans for the future!
