Poland: Marcin presents 3 remixes of Legenda

Preparation of the Polish team for the Eurovision Song Contest is well advanced. In the last episode of Marcin’s show Coffee or tea on Friday morning, viewers got to know among others Dariusz Lewandowski, choreographer of the performance, and a new hairstyle for the Polish singer. The weekend continued on final matching of the stage outfits.
On Sunday morning, Marcin said goodbye to listeners of Polish Radio One in music program Lazy Sunday as well. The Polish Radio One traditionally supports national artists during the Eurovision in special reports.
Being the guest of the radio show, Marcin announced that TVP prepares a special weekend devoted to Eurovision and its representative on May, 22-23. He also presented some of this year’s Eurovision entries underlining among others his friendship with Niamh Kavanagh and introducing her music career.
And finally, in connection with the participation of Marcin in the contest a special postcard will also be published in Poland with his photo and Legenda’s lyrics.

Poles aren't interested in eurovision, because TVP doesn't see the potential in this contest. also the big names don't want take part.
after bad results in 90s artist many singers had to finish their career, or to wait many years for re-built their position (for example piasek- representer in 2001, came back with new album after 4-5 years!; the bands from 1998 and 2004 split up and people very rarely hear something about them, the vocalist from 2004 has to take part in commercial of tooth past! that's why we send only debutants or foreigner ;] and nooone cares about blondie from usa singing song wich has nothing common with poland (2008). that's why noone cares about contest... which always win countries from some block (yugoslavia, ussr, scandinavia) or with big diaspora (turkey, greece).
I can't wait for heraing those remixes in a disco or a club actually I thought they publish something more able to dance, but chillout is also fine

U seem to have little knowledge about Polish people! The truth is that Poles are not really interrested in ESC, so there was no problem with them to work on the ESC evening. I bet, they actually had no idea there was ESC running in the same time, and probably half of them had no idea what song was representing Poland in that contest. Poles lost interrest in ESC in late 90s. Except ESC fans, ppl have very basic knowledge about this contest in Poland.
If ever I get another car or two I shall definitely hire Polish labour to have it constructed. They are delightful people, and cheap too.

I had some Polish workers build a garage for me last May. I specifically made them work on the nights of the Eurovision finals so they wouldn't be able to vote for themselves. They didn't seem to mind at all! ........ A lady I know from church had a swimming pool put up by Lithuanians around the same time and they refused to work on those dates! Now she has a leak in her pool too, while my garage is still standing proud. If ever I get another car or two I shall definitely hire Polish labour to have it constructed. Recently, I watched a british film "A Fish Called Wanda". Very funny one! There was a nasty old lady with 5 dogs. A guy who wanted to eliminate her, couldn't really do it, because she was a lucky bitch to escape every possible trap ... instead one of her dogs got killed by those traps.

And I'm starving for some ESC news. It is so booooooring with not much happening when you got a major interest like I do at the moment. At least it's just a week til the rehearsals finally start.
