Dima Bilan has represented Russia in the Eurovision Sog Contest 2006 and he finished second with his song Never let you go. In 2008, he returned to the competition and won it with Believe.

He needs to focus on his English a lot more before singing in it. I cringe every time I hear him in English. He also needs to work on his attitude. He acts as if he's the best when almost no one gives a shit about him outside of Russia. And before I get attacked, I'm actually his fan.
This is a really boring R&B second rate American song....and actually Anastacia looked really embarrassed singing it with Dima. Dima's English is still something to be desired. He wants so much to be an international star .....but it is just not going to happen ...sorry Dima!!!

Please, is it hard to be a bit nice? It's not right to compare what happened on the stage with Jimmy Jump to what happened to Monica Seles. They would never let and armed person enter the arena. Norway is a peacful country, so stop making it sound like we allow crazy people going around attacking people and to make it sound like the worst thing happening in the world. I bet you wouldn't have said the same thing if that guy got on the stage in Moscow instead. Its ridicilous.... People working with ESC every year said they felt so much more free wandering around in Oslo than in Moscow where they had to be followed around by armed security/police all the time...
.. and your constant bashing of Norway as host is just rude. If you expected something bigger than Moscow to be satisfied, that really says it all. We had nothing to prove by spending more money than Moscow. The delegations, press, visitors and a lot of people watching the show were satisified with both the stage, hosting and organisation...and thats all that really matters.

Dima Bilan a.k.a Viktor Belan is a Russian, whose song
"Believe" was written by a famous American songwriter/producer
and that song "won" at the ESC 2008 representing Russia.
Now, this song is OK ... but I think it is missing a word: SAFETY (net).
Why was this collaboration done again? I see no reason.
The song is alright I suppose - nothing that hasn't been rolled out before though. Fell bad that Anastacia isn't get the music she deserves. As for Dima, I'm not really a fan and still think there was at least 10 or so other songs that would have made better winners in 2008 - his song in 06 was better than 'Believe'.
At least Russia threw quite the spectacular in 09 to make up for it
