Dethroned by David Guetta but still Nr 2

Jessy Matador on stage in Paris next July 3rd

After two weeks peaking at number one of the French Top 100, Jessy Matador's Allez Ola Olé lost its crown this week but is still doing well, being second to new entrant David Guetta, featuring Fergie & LMFAO, with Gettin' over you.

Besides, Matador's new CD album, Elektro Soukouss, was released last June 14 on Wagram Music label and entered the CD album lists at number 58 this week. Next Saturday, July 3, at the famous Parisian concert hall Le Bataclan, Jessy will give a very special concert to present his new album and to celebrate the 5th anniversary of his band, La Selesao. The 6-members group includes two of Matador dancers on stage in Oslo, Benkhoff and Mystos.

With Allez Ola Olé, Jessy Matador represented France this year in Oslo and placed 12th.

AMAZING song and singer

I never heard of Jessy before but now I know it I've seen ricky martin aale alle alle before which was rather original version of Jessy, so I guess I can't agree with Jessy being amazing with this allez ola of ricky martin recycle aimed to introduce it self via eurovision and be the world cup 2010 song to brake record, which he didn't, how could he LOL hahahahahaha

Jessy is so full of positive stage energy

Best of Luck my darling!

Hahahahahahahahahahahahaha, best of luck my darling.
Jessy's little dance of just ass shaking/playing is considered as full of positive energy by someone, LOL LOL LOL :D :D :D

So, why couldn't he even make it to the top 10 in eurovision final if that was full of positive energy!...

Well, anyone can go on eurovison stage and dance/play with their ass they they were allowed just like Jessy was :D :D :D

I mean I could manage that, even little children can manage to play with their ass on stage without so called energy, just shake your body and play with your ass, sooo simple :D :D :D

you read my comment carefully, i never even called "fools" the people who liked the French entry, I was talking about the french entry and their representatives that were dancing and playing with their ass on eurovision stage and you took it wrong way, I never even mentioned people who liked the french entry, so you either have serious problem with your personal life or you just want to create problem, well go and do it somewhere else not on me because my comment hurts you and i can't help you with that ok! ;)

@this is my opinion
read your previous message again : you called "fools" the people who liked the French entry (and according to the 8th place on televoting that France reached, you are insulting hundreds of thousands voters) so this is proof of intolerance.
i keep in mind that a few years ago, some singers were dressed like prostitutes and shaking their body in a very lewd way (Sirusho, Ani Lorak for instance) and they reached top 5 with very tasteless performances.
And being a follower of the ESC since 1976, i know what i'm talking about.
You have the right not to like the French entry but insulting people who like it is not a sign of open-mindness...
And talking about the viewers' tastes : i suppose that the ones who voted Verka in 2007 had great tastes??

I hate french people in general??????????????????????? ????
Hahahahahahahahahaha
You are chatting out of your ass and you showed your bitterness
The truth is I am entitled not to like it and have the right to put my reaction down without asking for your permition, if it hurts you I suggest you stop reading it and keep your bitterness and silence since you are talking about silince you hypocrite, maybe to bitter to keep it qiet fall into your own trap hahahahahahahahahahahaha
anyway, appreciate the fact that I had to deal with you and kindly respond to your worthless comment, just to hand it over back to you your crap you throwe on mw, bye bye
:D :D :D

I liked France's entry this year, it's a nice summer song and I'm sure it'll be played at the beaches here in my country! And I wish the best of luck to Jessy with his career, he'll be a shining star in the near future, I can sense it! (H)

@ this is my opinion : it's a fact that you hate our song and French people in general, so please don"t parasite this chat with your useless "opinions"
when i don't like things i prefer staying silent than expressing my frustated bitterness

I don'tknow how other countries are counting but downloads in France only represent 10% of the physical sales. Besides, it's true that sales of singles have decreased a lot along the years. But this success can't be denied. Even with a few singles sold, Matador was number 1 two weeks in a row and is still number 2 ! Not to mention airplay, which is very good on "young" radio stations.

the song is not doing well in france. the singles chart counts only physical sales which are hundreds only. in the digital one Allez Ola Ole was 29th.

oh god, that disaster performance, where they were dancing with their ass, playing with their bum, terrible, honestly these people are so foolish, but in the end they get what they deserve, eurovision is great game that it can show the structure and popularity of cultures in europe, the result each entry gets reflects that, so really, not many people were keen on french representatives playing with their bum this year, bad influence on people, if they really believed or even just thought that they were gonna win then I don't know what to say to those people, nothing more then being fool, no idea about eurovision and viewers taste, thanks to ones like Lena and Manga showed them how ;)

I'm surprised this song is doing so well in France since the song is as poor as the performance of the French football team on the World Championship.
