Josh was joined at the Douze Points night with his entourage of backing singers and dancers whom performed on stage with him in Oslo at this year's contest, along with a some of the BBC Oslo Eurovision team. Josh was well received by all the Retro fans and he let many of the fans take photos with him and also chatted with many of them through the evening.

He revealed that he has been working on composing his owns ongs and said how he was keen to pursue a career as a TV presenter.

Even a stupid uneducated German girl could do it

I understand that his family are not happy with Pete Waterman at all. Apparently Mike Stock wrote the song rather than Waterman. The family are angry that Waterman did nothing to promote the song once Josh had been chosen, and now apparently Waterman has ditched Josh altogether and has had no contact with Josh or his family since the contest. All quite sad really.
I saw an interview where pete waterman said something along the lines of i know we're going to do badly (whilst next to josh) but he also said i've not heard anything better.
TBH pete waterman is a rubbish choice of writer he's so 80s we live in the 21st century now!! Long past the days of puppet on a string and locomotion!!
Yes, Marko. All pics made by me. :-) Never been to Meteora though, but still on my list. But been to Rila monastery.
Yes Tohoshinki a lot!
One of my wishes is to see Popocatepetl in Mexico!

ufffffffff i told you!!! 5 stars in ESC are only for Carola, even Isis Gee and Doris don't deserve them even if they are my favorite songs!!
that's destiny, only Carola is allowed to have 5 X

Now be prepared for a long reply by 'Alyson Wunderland'!
Our entry was so bad this year that i just lost all hope and became half Belgian and half Ukrainian for one night. One positive that i can take is that the last place was expected and therefore wasn't a terrible shock when the voting came along.
And i'd bet that those 7 televoting points for the UK all came from Ireland. I think the Albanian, Azerbaijani and Georgian points were all as a result of the juries doing.
Oh well, there's always next year...
Stock,Aitken & Waterman are just a disgrace for the art of music.
I'll never forgive myself for listening to their music back in the 80's ...LOL
Good luck with your future career Josh.
what can i say he has a good voice but the song deserved final place...i wich him all luck!
bad for him he has a nice voice and i like him but that song was just awful and dated i'd like to see him participate again and redeem himself with a better song
he did his best at eurovision.
Good For Josh
Best of Luck to him in his future Career he is very talented!
Josh has a good voice for sure, but 'That Sounds Good To Me' was a terrible song!
Pity that he didn't sang a much better song! :/
aww poor Josh even when he was being interviewed on BBC3 you could see in his eyes he knew he didn't stand a chance. to be made to feel that you have failed the UK is a lot of pressure for anyone and besides he isn't to blame Pete Waterman and Mike whatever his name is are to blame for giving him such a rubbish song!!
Togravus
Of course he will have one.. he is a charming guy with a nice voice, just he needs good composers. My reaction went more on the bar. Hoped that they had a great evening.
Felt sorry for Germany the other day in VM- they really did well this year!
I loved his song!
It was my number 2 on the night
